单箱三室预应力混凝土连续宽箱梁桥剪力滞效应分析

【摘要】:随着交通事业的发展,交通流对桥梁宽度的要求提高,单箱三室或者单箱多室箱梁桥大量出现,由于多室箱梁在弯曲时各腹板剪力流分布的差异,翼板的剪力滞效应分布规律必然不同于单室箱梁。既有研究主要针对于单室箱梁,同时对双室箱梁也有一定的研究,如何考虑三室或者多室箱梁剪力滞效应的特殊性从而建立相应的分析方法是非常必要的。论文以红光路沣河大桥为对象研究单箱三室宽箱梁桥的剪力滞效应,论文主要做了以下几个方面工作:1.首先介绍剪力滞效应的概念、发展及现有的一些关于计算剪力滞效应的主要理论和方法;2.根据能量变分法推导出箱梁剪力滞效应的通用公式,并根据边界条件和所受荷载的不同给出简支和悬臂梁在各种荷载形式下的公式,同时也对变截面的箱梁利用变分法整理出剪力滞效应的公式。最后用一个实例对有限元计算法(ANSYS)和变分法理论公式的计算结果进行对比和分析。3.以红光路沣河大桥为工程实例,分别采用MIDAS/CIVIL建立桥梁结构的整体模型和空间有限元程序(ANSYS)建立桥梁部分结构的有限元模型,对红光路沣河大桥0#块和跨中梁段在恒载荷载作用下的剪力滞效应进行深入的分析。4.以箱梁的0#块为基础利用有限元计算软件(ANSYS)分别计算和分析箱梁的顶板厚度、腹板厚度、箱梁高度、翼缘板宽度、箱室横向宽度的变化对箱梁剪力滞效应的影响。通过分析比较可得,以上每个因素的变化都会对箱梁剪力滞效应有一定的影响,但每个因素对箱梁影响的效果和程度是不相同的。最后对桥梁设计工作中影响单箱三室箱梁剪力滞效应的因素提出相关的意见,并对全文的工作进行了一个总结和展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of transportation industry, the demand of traffic flow on bridge width is raised. A large number of single box girder bridges with three or more rooms appear, because of the difference of shear flow distribution between web plates when multi-chamber box girder is bending. The distribution law of shear lag effect of flange plate must be different from that of single chamber box girder. Both the research is mainly aimed at single chamber box girder, and the double chamber box girder is also studied to a certain extent. It is very necessary to consider the particularity of shear lag effect of three-chamber or multi-chamber box girder and establish the corresponding analysis method. This paper studies the shear lag effect of single box and three-room wide box girder bridge with Hongguang Lu River Bridge as an object. Firstly, the concept of shear lag effect is introduced, and some main theories and methods for calculating shear lag effect are introduced. 2. According to the energy variational method, a general formula for shear lag effect of box girder is derived. The formulas of simply supported beam and cantilever beam under various load forms are given according to the boundary conditions and the load. At the same time, the formulas of shear lag effect of box girder with variable cross-section are sorted out by variational method. Finally, the calculation results of finite element method ANSYS) and variational method are compared and analyzed with an example. 3. Taking Hongguang Lujiahe Bridge as an engineering example, The integral model of bridge structure and the finite element model of partial bridge structure are established by MIDAS/CIVIL and ANSYS, respectively. The shear lag effect of the 0# block and the mid-span beam section of the Hongguang Road Yuhe River Bridge under dead load is analyzed. 4. The roof thickness and the web thickness of the box girder are calculated and analyzed by the finite element calculation software ANSYSbased on the basis of the box girder block. The influence of the height of box girder, the width of flange plate and the transverse width of box chamber on the shear lag effect of box girder is analyzed and compared. However, the effect and degree of each factor on box girder are different. Finally, the paper puts forward some opinions on the factors that affect the shear lag effect of single box and three room box girder in the bridge design work, and makes a summary and prospect of the work in this paper.
