下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥合理成桥及施工阶段索力研究

【摘要】:本文针对钢管混凝土拱桥索力调整的研究现状,结合工程实例,运用有限元分析软件Civil对钢管混凝土拱桥成桥索力优化和施工状态控制、成桥影响参数敏感性以及目前较多运用在斜拉桥上的全程不张拉吊杆的情况在拱桥上的适用性等,作了一定的研究分析。首先建立钢管混凝土吊杆张拉力优化模型,采用最小弯曲能量法以及影响矩阵法提出了系杆拱桥成桥索力优化的实用方法,引入了抗弯刚度折减系数以及轴向刚度扩大系数的概念,并且对成桥状态吊杆张拉力进行了优化,并分析吊杆张拉力优化后桥梁结构的受力性能。其次,本文按照设计顺序建立施工阶段正装模型,采用基于影响矩阵的未知荷载系数法确定各个吊杆施工阶段所需的张拉力,并且通过计算分析一次张拉与分步张拉的优缺点,按照计算得出的两种施工方案,对结构进行正装分析,最终与成桥阶段目标索力吻合;文中还研究了张拉顺序对结构的影响并作出了优化。本文还指出了全程不张拉吊杆只依靠自重达到成桥时,内力状态不满足要求,所以不建议采用。最后,本文还对结构成桥阶段受力状态进行了参数敏感性分析,并且将其归类,指出对于敏感性因素,在计算中应当准确模拟,力求与实际施工状态吻合良好,这样就要求从施工角度严格控制施工质量,尽量做到风险预判和合理的施工监测,确保结构在成桥之后内力与线形等各方面结果满足设计目标。由此,通过对该实例桥的计算分析,笔者了解了钢管拱的设计与施工流程及其重点环节,也期望为后续读者在钢管拱的学习方面提供一点借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the current research situation of cable force adjustment of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge, combined with engineering examples, the cable force optimization and construction state control of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge are optimized by using finite element analysis software Civil. The influence of the bridge on the sensitivity of the parameters and the applicability of the non-tension suspenders used in cable-stayed bridges during the whole process are studied and analyzed in this paper. Firstly, an optimization model of tension force of concrete filled steel tubular suspenders is established. A practical method for cable force optimization of tied arch bridge is presented by using minimum bending energy method and influence matrix method. The concepts of bending stiffness reduction coefficient and axial stiffness expansion coefficient are introduced. And the tension of the suspension rod is optimized, and the mechanical performance of the bridge structure is analyzed. Secondly, according to the design sequence, this paper establishes the normal fitting model in the construction stage. The method of unknown load coefficient based on influence matrix is used to determine the tensile force required in each stage of construction of suspenders, and the advantages and disadvantages of single tension and step tension are analyzed through calculation, and two construction schemes are obtained according to the calculation. In this paper, the influence of tension sequence on the structure is studied and optimized. It is also pointed out that when the non-tensioning suspenders reach the bridge only by self-weight during the whole process, the effect of tension sequence on the structure is also studied and optimized. The internal force state is not satisfied with the requirement, so it is not recommended to adopt. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the stress state of the structure in the stage of bridge construction is carried out, and it is classified. It is pointed out that the sensitivity factors should be accurately simulated in the calculation. It is necessary to strictly control the construction quality from the point of view of construction, to do the risk pre-evaluation and reasonable construction monitoring as far as possible. It is ensured that the results of internal force and line shape of the structure after completion of the bridge meet the design objectives. Therefore, through the calculation and analysis of the bridge, the author understands the design and construction flow and key links of the steel pipe arch. It is also expected to provide some reference for future readers in the study of steel pipe arch.
