考虑外生政策调节的城市低碳出行决策模型

【摘要】:交通治理政策生效的关键是能够影响个体出行者的行为决策.为提升城市低碳交通治理政策的有效性,有必要研究城市出行个体的决策过程、影响因素及其影响机理.本研究从社会心理学角度出发,研究情境依赖、学习能力与个体出行行为决策之间的相互影响,并将外生政策纳入个体出行行为决策过程研究框架,分析外生政策对出行行为决策与情境依赖和学习能力之间关系的调节作用.在对相关研究进行系统梳理和总结的基础上,构建了城市低碳出行决策过程的逻辑模型,该模型可为出行行为决策实证研究提供系统的分析框架.
[Abstract]:The key to the implementation of traffic governance policy is to influence individual travelers' behavior decisions.In order to improve the effectiveness of urban low-carbon transportation management policy, it is necessary to study the decision-making process, influencing factors and influencing mechanism of urban travel individuals.From the perspective of social psychology, this study studies the interaction between situational dependence, learning ability and individual travel behavior decision, and brings exogenous policy into the research framework of individual travel behavior decision-making process.This paper analyzes the role of exogenous policies in regulating the relationship between travel behavior decision and situational dependence and learning ability.On the basis of systematically combing and summarizing the related research, a logical model of urban low-carbon trip decision-making process is constructed, which can provide a systematic analysis framework for the empirical study of trip behavior decision.
