季冻区公路路基使用状况评价系统的研究

【摘要】:路基是公路的重要组成部分,道路的一些破坏很大程度上是由于路基的破坏反射到路面引起的。为了保证公路的正常使用性能,必须对路基进行周期性的、预防性的、科学合理的检测评价并进行相应的维修养护,然而,国内对于公路评价以及养护维修的研究资料主要集中在路面方面,对路基的研究还有待进一步深入。为了科学合理地评价季冻区公路路基所处的技术状态,给养护部门科学决策提供数据支持和参考建议,在典型的季冻区黑龙江省内选取三条不同等级道路,对道路实际状况进行了现场调查及观测统计,结合季冻区公路的实际进行了路基使用状况评价系统的研究。选取具有季冻区公路路基特点的路基排水、强度等级、冻胀等级、附属物作为层次分析法的准则层指标,并确定了各准则层相对应的指标层评价指标,建立了季冻区路基使用状况评价指标体系;选取粘质土和粉质土两种具有代表性的季冻区路基土进行试验,得到季冻区土基回弹模量与CBR之间转换的关系式,并将其用于路基强度指标的评价,应用模糊综合评价法与层次分析法相结合建立了季冻区公路路基使用状况评价模型,首次确定了季冻区公路路基的路基排水和路基冻胀等各个指标层评价指标的分级建议值;以黑大一级路1km路段为例进行评价,结果为次等,基于VB语言建立季冻区公路路基使用状况评价系统编程,引用实例证明其正确可应用,这一编程将研究成果产品化,简单有效,填补了公路管理系统在路基使用状况评价这一方面的空缺。
[Abstract]:Roadbed is an important part of highway.In order to ensure the normal service performance of highway, it is necessary to carry out periodic, preventive, scientific and reasonable inspection and evaluation of the roadbed and carry out the corresponding maintenance and maintenance.The research data of highway evaluation and maintenance are mainly focused on pavement, and the research of roadbed needs to be further studied.In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the technical condition of highway roadbed in seasonal frozen area, and to provide data support and reference suggestions for scientific decision of maintenance department, three different grade roads are selected in typical seasonal frozen region of Heilongjiang Province.The field investigation and observation statistics of the actual road condition are carried out, and the evaluation system of the roadbed using condition is studied in combination with the highway in the seasonal frozen area.Select subgrade drainage, intensity grade, frost heave grade and appendage as the criterion layer index of AHP, and determine the evaluation index of each criterion layer corresponding to each criterion layer, and select the subgrade drainage, intensity grade, frost heave grade and appendage which have the characteristic of highway roadbed in seasonal frozen area as the criterion layer index of AHP.The evaluation index system of subgrade using condition in seasonal frozen area is established, two typical subgrade soils, clay soil and silty soil, are selected for test, and the relationship between resilience modulus of soil foundation and CBR conversion in seasonal frozen area is obtained.It is applied to the evaluation of subgrade strength index, and the evaluation model of highway roadbed using condition in seasonal frozen area is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP).For the first time, the classification and suggestion values of evaluation indexes of subgrade drainage and roadbed frost heaving of highway subgrade in seasonal frozen area are determined, and the evaluation results of 1km section of Heida first class road are the second.Based on VB language, the evaluation system of highway roadbed in seasonal frozen area is programmed, and an example is cited to prove that the system can be applied correctly. This program will produce the research results and be simple and effective.Fill the gap of highway management system in the evaluation of roadbed use.
