扰动状态下起凤山隧道进口左侧边坡失稳应急加固措施研究

【摘要】:随着经济建设的发展,国家基础建设的持续投入,公路交通建设已进入新的发展时期,并结合国家一带一路战略,以西南地区为枢纽的交通路网将逐步形成。在西南山区高等级公路的修建过程中,难以避免地面临大量岩土边坡稳定性问题。原始边坡受开挖扰动而失稳的问题也成为公路建设过程中的技术难题,而解决边坡失稳问题,除了尽量减少对原始边坡的扰动外,采取合理的加固措施,是保证公路正常施工与安全运营的有效方法。本文以起凤山隧道进口左侧边坡为研究对象,运用FLAC3D软件对边坡在隧道开挖扰动状态下的稳定性进行分析,在此基础上,运用模糊多属性系统决策方法优选出技术可靠、经济合理的应急加固措施,以有效保障起凤山隧道进口段结构的稳定性以及大丽铁路的安全畅通,主要研究内容如下:(1)因隧道明洞段施工清理坡脚浮土以及明洞仰拱开挖施工的扰动,引起临近已支护完成的边坡失稳。在收集并整理边坡所处的地质环境资料基础上,运用地质雷达探测技术,对边坡的滑坡特征进行勘探,圈定了边坡的滑动范围,确定了边坡的滑动深度。(2)结合现场实际,运用FLAC3D分析边坡在不同施工阶段的稳定性状态,并绘制安全系数变化折线图,全方位分析边坡从原始状态到开挖失稳这一动态过程中的应力、应变、位移变化特征,总结边坡产生滑动的主导因素,为边坡应急加固措施的选择提供依据。(3)在原有设计加固措施基础上,运用模糊多属性系统决策方法优选出技术可靠、经济合理的钢花管注浆型抗滑挡墙+锚索框格梁的联合应急加固措施,并根据边坡在正常和降雨情况下的安全系数以及受力、变形情况,综合分析边坡加固完成后的稳定性,评价应急加固方案的加固效果。(4)应急加固措施施工完成后,在边坡坡面上布置沉降观测点,对加固后的边坡进行适时地观测,并将实测数据与模拟评价结果进行对比,判定边坡是否趋于稳定,验证边坡应急加固方案优选结果的正确性。观测数据表明边坡是稳定的,方案是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic construction and the continuous investment of national infrastructure, highway traffic construction has entered a new development period, and combined with the strategy of national Belt and Road, the traffic network with southwest as the hub will be gradually formed.In the process of constructing high grade highway in southwest mountainous area, it is difficult to face a large number of rock and soil slope stability problems.The problem of original slope instability caused by excavation disturbance has also become a technical problem in the course of highway construction. In order to solve the problem of slope instability, besides reducing the disturbance to the original slope as far as possible, reasonable reinforcement measures should be taken.It is an effective method to ensure the normal construction and safe operation of highway.In this paper, the left side slope of the entrance of Fengshan Tunnel is taken as the research object, and the stability of the slope under the disturbance state of tunnel excavation is analyzed by using FLAC3D software. On this basis, the fuzzy multi-attribute system decision method is used to select the best and reliable technology.Economic and reasonable emergency reinforcement measures to effectively ensure the stability of the entrance section of Fengshan Tunnel and the safety and unblocked traffic of the Dalian Railway.The main research contents are as follows: (1) due to the disturbance caused by the excavation of the floating soil at the slope foot and the excavation of the inverted arch of the open tunnel section of the tunnel, the slope which is close to the already supported slope is unstable.On the basis of collecting and arranging the geological environment data of the slope, using the geological radar detection technology, the landslide characteristics of the slope are explored, the slip range of the slope is delineated, and the slip depth of the slope is determined.The stability state of slope in different construction stage is analyzed by FLAC3D, and the curve diagram of safety factor variation is drawn. The characteristics of stress, strain and displacement in the dynamic process of slope from original state to excavation instability are analyzed in all directions.Summing up the main factors of slope sliding, providing the basis for the selection of slope emergency reinforcement measures. On the basis of the original design and reinforcement measures, the fuzzy multi-attribute system decision method is used to optimize and select the reliable technology.The economical and reasonable emergency reinforcement measures of Anchorage cable frame lattice beam of steel pipe grouting type anti-slide retaining wall, and according to the safety factor, force and deformation of slope under normal and rainfall conditions, the stability of slope after reinforcement is analyzed synthetically.After the construction of the emergency reinforcement measures is completed, settlement observation points are arranged on the slope surface of the slope, and timely observation is made on the reinforced slope, and the measured data are compared with the results of the simulation evaluation.To determine whether the slope tends to be stable and to verify the correctness of the optimal selection of the slope emergency reinforcement scheme.The observed data show that the slope is stable and the scheme is feasible.
