大连市道路运输信息化管理中的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：21世纪是互联网时代,是信息的时代,网络在我们的生活中占据着越来越重要的位置。随着我国经济水平的不断提高,交通运输业蓬勃发展,特别是道路运输业发展迅猛,在繁荣发展的背后,道路运输行业管理中的问题也随之而来。在大连也是同样的,传统的管理模式己不能满足当今纷繁多样、荷载巨大的道路运输行业发展需求,新的管理方式必须应运而生。道路运输信息化,从陌生到熟悉,从期盼到应用,正在悄然改变着道路运输行业。本文以此为背景,就大连市道路运输信息化管理中出现的问题进行仔细剖析,认真提出对策。本文主要对大连市道路运输信息化管理运行现状、大连市道路运输信息化管理改进方案和大连市道路运输信息化管理对策三个主要问题进行研究。在大连市道路运输信息化管理运行现状方面,主要基于大连市道路运输信息化网络系统平台的运行状况,总结归纳在日常运行使用中出现的问题,分析大连市道路运输信息化管理中问题的成因。在改进方案方面,针对现实中存在问题的成因,逐条梳理,对比国内外道路运输信息化现有模式,提出大连市道路运输信息化管理工作的改进方案。在大连市道路运输信息化管理对策方面,从政策和技术两个角度,分别提出相应对策,以此保障优化大连市道路运输信息化管理工作。此外还提出其他策略,对信息化工作提出更高的要求,帮助大连市道路运输管理工作再上一个台阶。目前,针对大连市道路运输信息化管理工作的分析和研究还不是很多,本文的研究成果可以为交通运输主管部门提供信息化管理工作的优化意见,丰富我国地域交通运输信息化管理的理论。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the Internet era, is the information age, the network occupies the more and more important position in our life.With the continuous improvement of the economic level of our country, the transportation industry develops vigorously, especially the road transportation industry develops rapidly, behind the prosperity development, the problems in the road transportation industry management also follow.In Dalian, the traditional management mode can not meet the needs of the development of road transport industry, the new management must emerge as the times require.Road transportation information, from unfamiliar to familiar, from expectation to application, is quietly changing the road transport industry.Based on this background, this paper makes a careful analysis of the problems in the information management of road transportation in Dalian, and puts forward some countermeasures.In this paper, the current situation of road transportation information management in Dalian, the improvement scheme of road transportation information management in Dalian and the countermeasures of road transportation information management in Dalian are studied.In Dalian road transportation information management operation status quo, mainly based on Dalian road transportation information network system platform operation status, summed up in the daily operation of the problems,This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the information management of road transportation in Dalian.In the aspect of the improvement scheme, aiming at the causes of the problems in reality, combing the existing modes of road transportation informatization at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme of Dalian road transportation information management.In the aspect of information management of road transportation in Dalian, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the two aspects of policy and technology, so as to ensure the optimization of information management of road transportation in Dalian.In addition, other strategies are put forward to raise higher requirements for information work, and to help Dalian Road Transportation Management work to a higher level.At present, there is not much analysis and research on the information management of road transportation in Dalian. The research results of this paper can provide the traffic and transportation authorities with the advice on the optimization of the information management.Enrich the theory of regional transportation information management in China.
