温拌抗车辙改性沥青混合料路用性能及应用研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪后,环境污染和能源危机已然成为全球共识,2014年11月APEC会议上,中美发布联合声明,中国政府承诺2030年左右碳排放达到峰值,节能减排势在必行,绿色低碳成为各行业发展的共同主题。与此同时,随着交通量的增长,交通渠化以及超载现象的日益加剧,沥青路面出现了诸多早期病害,如开裂、变形、水损害等,其中高温车辙病害影响程度较为严重,危及行车安全,并缩短道路的使用寿命。在新的时代背景下,如何在减少能源消耗、降低对环境污染的基础上,建设具有优良使用性能,尤其是具有显著高温抗车辙性能的沥青路面成为众多道路建设者们的夙愿。本文依托与苏州拓博琳新材料科技有限公司的产学研项目“SG复合温拌抗车辙改性剂的应用研究”,尝试将沥青混合料温拌技术与抗车辙剂技术进行有机结合,并进行一复合的室内试验研究,研究的主要内容包括以下三个方面:首先是对温拌改性沥青的性能研究,从常规指标(针入度、软化点、延度等)、高温流变特性、低温流变特性三个角度分析温拌改性沥青的高温、低温特性,通过与基质沥青性能的对比得出改性剂对沥青性能的影响。此外,通过等黏温度原则与等体积原则等方法来探究SG温拌抗车辙改性沥青混合料的合理拌和与压实温度;其次是对SG温拌抗车辙改性沥青混合料的路用性能研究,选用具有代表性的四类级配(SMA-13、AC-13、AC-20、SUP-20)作为试验级配进行改性剂的路用性能研究,通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、小梁四点弯曲疲劳试验来分析改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能以及抗疲劳性能,并以基质沥青混合料的性能作为参照,综合评价SG复合温拌抗车辙改性剂对沥青混合料的改性效果;最后是对SG改性后沥青路面车辙的预估与分析,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立典型路面结构模型,基于改进的Theta-4本构模型进行沥青路面在不同改性剂掺量下的车辙预估与分析,为SG复合温拌抗车辙改性剂的工程应用提供理论指导。研究结果表明:SG-A组份能够提升沥青的高温抗变形性能以及抗热老化性能,而对低温性能有一定的负面影响;与此同时,在SG两个组份的影响下,沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性均有不同程度的提高,而基于常应变的疲劳性能试验反映出改性后的沥青混合料疲劳寿命有所下降;此外,基于车辙预估的改性剂应用研究给出了不同路面结构中不同层位对改性剂掺量的敏感性,并针对不同交通量,给出了与之对应的改性剂添加方案。通过本文的研究,能够对SG复合温拌抗车辙改性剂的改性效果有一个较为全面的认知,希望通过一复合有序的试验理论研究,为其将来的工程应用提供指导,并为温拌抗车辙改性剂的研究发展提供有力的帮助。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, environmental pollution and energy crisis have become a global consensus. At the APEC meeting in November 2014, China and the United States issued a joint statement that the Chinese government promised that carbon emissions will peak around 2030, and energy conservation and emission reduction is imperative.Green low carbon has become the common theme of the development of various industries.At the same time, with the increase of traffic volume, traffic channelization and overloading, many early diseases appear in asphalt pavement, such as cracking, deformation, water damage and so on.Endangers traffic safety and shortens the service life of roads.On the basis of reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution, how to build asphalt pavement with excellent performance of high temperature and rutting resistance has become the long-cherished wish of many road builders.Based on the project of "Application of SG compound warm mix Anti-rutting modifier" and Suzhou Tuoborin New material Technology Co., Ltd., this paper tries to combine asphalt mixture warm mix technology with anti-rutting agent technology organically.The main contents of the study include the following three aspects: firstly, the performance of warm mixed modified asphalt was studied, from the conventional indexes (penetration, softening point, ductility, etc.), high temperature rheological properties,The low temperature and low temperature properties of the modified asphalt were analyzed from three aspects of low temperature rheological properties. The influence of modifier on the asphalt performance was obtained by comparing the properties of the modified asphalt with that of the base asphalt.In addition, the reasonable mixing and compaction temperature of SG warm mix and rutting modified asphalt mixture are investigated by means of equal viscosity temperature principle and equal volume principle. Secondly, the road performance of SG warm mix anti-rutting modified asphalt mixture is studied.SMA-13AC-13AC-20 (SUP-20) is selected as the test gradation to study the road performance of modifier. Through rutting test, low temperature trabecular bending test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, the road performance of the modifier is studied by means of rutting test, low temperature trabecular bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.Trabecular four-point bending fatigue test is used to analyze the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and fatigue resistance of modified asphalt mixture.The modification effect of SG compound warm mix anti-rutting modifier on asphalt mixture is evaluated synthetically, and the rut prediction and analysis of SG modified asphalt pavement are finished, and the typical pavement structure model is established by using ABAQUS finite element software.Based on the improved Theta-4 constitutive model, the rut prediction and analysis of asphalt pavement with different modifiers are carried out, which provides theoretical guidance for the engineering application of SG compound warm mix rutting modifier.The results show that the fraction of SG-A can improve the high temperature deformation resistance and thermal aging resistance of asphalt, but has a certain negative effect on the low temperature performance. At the same time, under the influence of SG two components, the asphalt mixture has high temperature stability.The low temperature crack resistance and water stability are improved to some extent, and the fatigue performance test based on constant strain shows that the fatigue life of the modified asphalt mixture has decreased.Based on the application of rut prediction, the sensitivity of different layers in different pavement structures to the amount of modifier is given, and the corresponding scheme of adding modifier is given according to different traffic volume.Through the research in this paper, we can have a comprehensive understanding of the modification effect of SG compound warm mix anti-rutting modifier, and hope to provide guidance for its future engineering application through a compound and ordered experimental theory study.It also provides powerful help for the research and development of warm-mixed anti-rutting modifier.
