南昌地铁盾构刀盘选用及刀具配置分析

【摘要】：盾构机是一种机、电、液、通讯高度集成的用于隧道施工的大型工程机械设备,隧道的开挖是通过盾构刀盘的旋转完成,刀盘选型的合适与否,是盾构施工成败的关键因素之一。通过介绍刀盘的结构型式、不同刀具的适用地层;在刀盘形式确定后,根据不同区间的水文地质特性,合理调整先行刀具的型式,以满足刀盘、刀具与掘进地层的适应性,减少施工风险,保证盾构掘进的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:Shield machine is a kind of large-scale construction machinery equipment which is used for tunnel construction with high integration of machine, electricity, fluid and communication. The excavation of tunnel is completed by rotating the cutter head of shield machine, and the selection of cutter head is appropriate or not.It is one of the key factors of shield construction.This paper introduces the structure type of cutter head and the applicable stratum of different cutting tools, after the form of cutter head is determined, according to the hydrogeological characteristics of different interval, the advance cutting tool type is adjusted reasonably to meet the adaptability of cutter head, tool and tunneling stratum.Reduce the construction risk and ensure the smooth progress of shield tunneling.
