空间扭索面斜拉桥换索技术

【摘要】:斜拉桥自诞生以来为人类的交通发展带来很多便利,其跨越能力已经成为几乎和悬索桥相媲美的第二类桥型。近几年来,空间扭索面斜拉桥作为一种优美的桥型备受人们的青睐,其独特的布索方式给观赏者带来视觉上空间的美感,改变了以往斜拉桥单调的布索方式。然而,这种桥型同样具有斜拉桥本身不可避免的问题:拉索的锈蚀损伤。拉索作为斜拉桥的重要受力构件,其承载力对大桥的结构安全性至关重要,但是由于拉索自身及其所处的工作环境,使得运营多年的斜拉桥因拉索的锈蚀损伤而面临着换索的问题。空间扭索面斜拉桥作为一种新的桥型,在运营多年以后同样不可避免的需要进行拉索的更换。然而,目前国内外对这桥型的结构性能研究较少,如何对其进行换索同样需要更多的研究。本文在对普通斜拉桥换索方法的分析总结基础上,对空间扭索面斜拉桥进行换索方案的研究对比。首先,本文介绍了斜拉桥的一些布索方式和其结构的特性,并阐述了目前斜拉桥的换索理论及方法;其次,本文就空间扭索面斜拉桥自身的特点,初定其整体的换索方案;最后,本文选定四种换索方案对空间扭索面斜拉桥进行对比分析得出:方案四采用同时对称更换四根拉索和同时对称更换两根拉索交替的换索方法,在主跨靠近支座处采用同时更换四根拉索的方法进行换索;在跨中主梁位移变化较敏感的索段,采用一次对称更换两根拉索的方法换索;在靠近桥塔的处再同时对称更换四根拉索。这种交替的换索方法,既不对主梁的变形和内力产生较大的影响,又加快了施工进度,因此本文推荐使用方案四对本文的空间扭索面斜拉桥进行拉索的更换。
[Abstract]:The cable-stayed bridge has brought a lot of convenience to the development of human transportation since its birth, and its span ability has become the second type of bridge almost comparable to the suspension bridge.In recent years, as a kind of beautiful bridge type, the cable-stayed bridge with spatial twisting cable plane is favored by people. Its unique cable-style brings the aesthetic feeling of visual space to the viewer, and changes the monotonous cable-style of the cable-stayed bridge in the past.However, this type of bridge also has the inevitable problem of cable-stayed bridge itself: corrosion damage of cables.As an important bearing member of cable-stayed bridge, the bearing capacity of cable is very important to the safety of the bridge, but because of the cable itself and its working environment,The cable-stayed bridge which has been in operation for many years is faced with the problem of cable replacement due to the corrosion damage of the cables.As a new type of bridge, cable-stayed bridge with space torsional cable plane is inevitable to be replaced after many years of operation.However, there is little research on the structure performance of this bridge at home and abroad, and more research is needed on how to change the cable.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the cable changing methods of ordinary cable-stayed bridge, this paper studies and compares the cable-changing schemes of space torsional cable-plane cable-stayed bridge.First of all, this paper introduces some cable-style and structural characteristics of cable-stayed bridge, and expounds the theory and method of cable-changing of the cable-stayed bridge at present, secondly, this paper, according to the characteristics of the spatial cable-plane cable-stayed bridge, initially determines the whole scheme of cable-changing.Finally, this paper selects four cable-changing schemes to compare and analyze the cable-stayed bridge with space torsional cable plane. The conclusion is as follows: scheme four adopts the method of replacing four cables symmetrically at the same time and replacing two cables alternately at the same time.The method of replacing four cables simultaneously at the position of the main span near the support, and the method of replacing two cables symmetrically in the section of cable which is sensitive to the displacement change of the main beam in the span, is adopted.At the same time, the four cables are symmetrically replaced near the bridge tower.This alternate cable exchange method has no great influence on the deformation and internal force of the main beam, and accelerates the construction progress. Therefore, this paper recommends the use of scheme four to replace the cables of the cable-stayed bridge with space torsional cable plane in this paper.
