氧化石墨烯对隧道衬砌混凝土性能的影响

【摘要】:氧化石墨烯作为一种新型功能材料,对水泥基材料有增强增韧的作用,隧道衬砌结构是沿隧道洞身用混凝土材料修建的永久性支护结构,由于特殊的服役环境,衬砌结构耐久性和力学性能比普通混凝土要求更高,且其耐久性主要体现在抗氯离子性能上。为提高衬砌结构性能,考虑在衬砌材料中添加不同掺量的氧化石墨烯,分别进行力学试验和抗氯离子渗透试验。试验结果表明:当氧化石墨烯掺量为0.03%时,混凝土28 d抗压强度为55.93 MPa(相比普通混凝土提高约30.77%),28 d抗折强度为10.90 MPa(相比普通混凝土提高约21.92%)且抗氯离子性能也有明显的提高。
[Abstract]:As a new functional material, graphene oxide can strengthen and toughen cement based materials. Tunnel lining structure is a permanent support structure constructed by concrete material used along tunnel body. Because of special service environment,The durability and mechanical properties of lining structure are higher than that of ordinary concrete, and the durability of lining structure is mainly reflected in chloride ion resistance.In order to improve the performance of lining structure, mechanical tests and chloride ion permeation tests were carried out by adding different amounts of graphene oxide to lining materials.
