基于横竖向车桥耦合作用下弯梁桥的横向力研究

【摘要】:目前多数混凝土曲线梁桥存在横向爬移的现象,针对这一病害的多因素分析,不少学者发现汽车产生的离心力是其主要因素之一,对于汽车行驶中的桥梁来说,其实际离心力值是一个随车速、曲率半径、以及桥梁结构形式等条件的不同而变化的值,梁体在离心力与横竖向车桥耦合作用下发生振动,进而影响支座摩阻力。当支座摩阻力在各种外界因素与汽车离心力作用下累计值增大到一定的程度时候,就会对支座造成破坏,从而使主梁梁体横向位移增加。对于弯梁桥横向力的分析,本文做了以下工作:1、本文结合国内外研究现状,分析了车辆与桥梁耦合振动规律特性,运用LS-DYNA程序建立了车辆桥梁相互作用下的可视化模型,并通过理论解进行验证该程序的可行性。2、本文通过仿真计算得出理论计算的横向力数值较小。模型分别考虑了不同超高、速度、与半径、路面不平整等参数,仿真计算得出了车桥耦合作用下汽车离心力的数值,得出了规范计算的离心力系数值偏小。3、成功的绘制了各支座在不同条件下的径向力时程曲线。通过现有增大的离心力数值模型,对车辆偏心行驶、车辆制动、支座偏心布置下支座横向力的计算,得到汽车行驶的过程中在各工况下的支座横向力值,并绘制了相关时程曲线。在得出上述结论之后,本文通过各参数影响的大小,对所建立的模型进行进一步优化,使得模型更能准确的接近实际情况,为同类桥型的横向力分析提出了建议与参考。
[Abstract]:At present, most concrete curved girder bridges have the phenomenon of lateral movement. In view of the multi-factor analysis of this disease, many scholars find that the centrifugal force generated by the automobile is one of the main factors, and for the bridge in the vehicle running,The actual centrifugal force is a value varying with the speed, radius of curvature and structure of the bridge. The beam vibrates under the coupling of centrifugal force and vertical vehicle-bridge, and then affects the friction of the bearing.When the frictional resistance of the bearing increases to a certain extent under the action of various external factors and the centrifugal force of the automobile, the bearing will be destroyed and the transverse displacement of the main beam body will be increased.For the analysis of transverse force of curved girder bridge, this paper does the following work: 1. Combining with the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of coupling vibration between vehicle and bridge, and establishes the visual model of vehicle-bridge interaction by using LS-DYNA program.The feasibility of the program is verified by theoretical solution. In this paper, the numerical value of lateral force calculated by simulation is smaller.The model takes into account different parameters, such as ultra-high, velocity, radius and uneven road surface, respectively. The numerical value of vehicle centrifugal force under the coupling of vehicle and bridge is obtained by simulation.The value of centrifugal force coefficient calculated by code is small. 3, and the radial force history curve of each support under different conditions is drawn successfully.Based on the existing numerical model of increasing centrifugal force, the lateral force of the support under eccentric driving, braking and eccentricity arrangement of the vehicle is calculated, and the lateral force of the support in the process of driving is obtained.The related time history curve is drawn.After reaching the above conclusion, the model is further optimized by the influence of each parameter, which makes the model more accurate and close to the actual situation, and puts forward some suggestions and references for the lateral force analysis of the similar bridge type.
