开车时使用手机的行为研究

【摘要】：目的深入理解人们在开车时使用手机的动机与需求。方法通过定性研究的方法,在北京和广州两个城市组织焦点小组,对不同性别、驾龄的48名用户的行为和动机进行分析。结论全部受访者都存在边开车边接打电话的行为。担心错过重要的电话,或是担心被认为无礼使得开车时接打电话成为人们的刚性需求。相较而言,女性比男性,短驾龄的人比长驾龄的人更倾向于采取谨慎的策略来降低安全风险。现有的车载系统和蓝牙方案都不能有效满足用户的需求,因此,除了安全的考虑外,舒适、便捷和隐私都需要加以改善,以提供更好的用户体验。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the motivations and needs of people using mobile phones while driving.Methods A qualitative study was conducted to analyze the behavior and motivation of 48 users with different genders and driving ages in Beijing and Guangzhou.Conclusion all interviewees had the behavior of driving and answering the phone.Fear of missing important calls or being considered rude makes answering calls while driving a rigid demand.By comparison, women were more likely than men to adopt prudent strategies to reduce safety risks, compared with older drivers.The existing vehicle system and Bluetooth scheme can not meet the needs of users effectively. Therefore, in addition to security considerations, comfort, convenience and privacy need to be improved to provide a better user experience.
