沪通长江大桥钢梁检查车设计

【摘要】:为安全、高效地对沪通长江大桥进行钢梁检测,针对该桥的结构特点和技术、性能要求,提出一种适用于公铁两用长江大桥的新型钢梁检查车设计方案。该方案将沪通长江大桥检查车数量由原设计的80台降低为14台(主航道桥设1台上弦、2台下弦检查车;专用航道桥设1台上弦、1台下弦检查车;112m简支钢桁梁桥共设3台上弦、6台下弦检查车)。上弦检查车车体纵向布置,具备纵向行走、横向行走检查、车体伸缩、升降或翻转平台、同步控制、跨越伸缩缝的功能;下弦检查车具备直线同步行走、伸缩过墩、跨越伸缩缝、横向平移的功能。检查车纵、横向2套驱动系统互不干扰,可在纵、横向轨道自由转换,行走速度和行走方式均实现自动控制。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the steel beam of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge safely and efficiently, according to the structural characteristics, technology and performance requirements of the bridge, a new design scheme of steel beam inspection vehicle suitable for both highway and railway Yangtze River Bridge is put forward.This scheme reduces the number of inspection vehicles from 80 designed to 14 (the main waterway bridge is equipped with one chord and 2 underchord inspection vehicles).The special waterway bridge is equipped with one chord and one underchord inspection vehicle 112m simply supported steel truss girder bridge. There are 3 chords and 6 underchord check cabinets.The upper chord inspection vehicle has the functions of longitudinal arrangement, longitudinal walking, transverse walking inspection, car body telescopic, elevating or overturning platform, synchronous control and crossing of expansion joints; the lower chord inspection vehicle has the function of straight line synchronous walking, stretching over the pier,Span expansion joint, lateral translation function.Check the vehicle longitudinal, lateral two sets of drive system not interfere with each other, can be in longitudinal and lateral track free conversion, walking speed and walking mode to achieve automatic control.
