交通拥堵及潮汐车道技术的研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国各大中城市的交通拥堵问题已成为制约城市发展、城市交通的主要问题。各地一方面通过增加道路基础设施建设来缓解交通问题,另一方面通过对路权的重新分配,开辟某一条或几条车道在不同时段内行驶方向的变化,增加路面资源的利用率。在不用改扩建道路的前提下,以较小的投资使部分路段的交通拥堵得到缓解。由于目前国内对潮汐车道技术的应用和研究较少,而潮汐车道在实施的过程中还存在设置条件界定不清晰、切换时机不及时及控制技术方面等问题,论文提出对潮汐车道技术的设置条件、设计方法及切换时机的研究,对潮汐车道的正确实施和推广运用具有积极作用。本文对我国城市交通拥堵的现状、特点、影响因素进行研究,通过综合国内外已有研究成果,对潮汐交通流的成因和特点进行分析,得出潮汐交通形成的根本原因。重点对潮汐车道的设置条件分析,通过方向分布系数函数确定了不同车道情况下的潮汐车道的交通临界分布系数的推荐值,给出了潮汐车道设置的具体条件。并对潮汐车道的具体设计方法进行研究,给出潮汐车道标志标线及潮汐车道起终点的具体设计方法,提出潮汐车道在交叉口处的交通组织改造方案。通过对潮汐车道控制技术的研究,给出潮汐车道的具体运行过程和管理措施,以及潮汐车道的最佳切换时机和调整模型。结合实例并且运用VISSIM进行仿真验证,结果证实在实施潮汐车道后其道路交通拥堵状况得到了有效的缓解,进一步论证了潮汐车道实施的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, traffic congestion has become the main problem of urban development and urban traffic in China.On the one hand, the traffic problems are alleviated by increasing the road infrastructure construction, on the other hand, through the redistribution of the road rights, one or more lanes are opened up to change the driving direction in different periods, and the utilization ratio of road surface resources is increased.On the premise of no reconstruction and expansion of roads, the traffic congestion of some sections can be alleviated with small investment.At present, there are few researches on the application of tidal lane technology in China, but there are still some problems in the implementation of tidal lane, such as the definition of setting conditions is not clear, the timing of switching is not timely and the control technology is not in time, and so on.This paper puts forward the research on the setting conditions, design methods and switching opportunities of tidal lane technology, which plays an active role in the correct implementation and popularization of tidal lane.In this paper, the current situation, characteristics and influencing factors of urban traffic congestion in China are studied. The causes and characteristics of tidal traffic flow are analyzed by synthesizing the existing research results at home and abroad, and the fundamental reasons for the formation of tidal traffic are obtained.Based on the analysis of the setting conditions of the tidal lane, the recommended value of the traffic critical distribution coefficient of the tidal lane under different driveway conditions is determined by the directional distribution coefficient function, and the specific conditions of the tidal lane setting are given.The specific design method of tidal lane is studied, and the design method of tidal lane sign and the end point of tidal lane is given, and the traffic organization reconstruction scheme of tidal lane at intersection is put forward.Based on the study of tidal lane control technology, the concrete operation process and management measures of tidal lane, the optimal switching time and adjustment model of tidal lane are given.Combined with an example and simulated with VISSIM, the results show that the traffic congestion has been effectively alleviated after the implementation of the tidal lane, and the feasibility of the implementation of the tidal lane is further demonstrated.
