果子沟山区公路冬季冰雪灾害防治措施研究

【摘要】：中国是冰雪灾害发生较严重的国家之一,冰雪灾害种类多、分布广,主要集中在新疆、青海、西藏、甘肃、内蒙以及东北等区域,给当地的群众生命安全及经济社会发展造成巨大损失。因此,清除路面的积雪,并采取有效的预防措施,选择合理的防治工程是公路管理部门的一项主要工作,它对减少交通事故的发生,提高交通运输效率,促进经济发展等具有重要的意义。果子沟山区是伊犁境内冰雪灾害最严重、对公路交通影响最大的地区之一,强降雪、风吹雪和雪崩灾害较为严重。复杂的地形地貌、气候特征和人类活动等因素的干扰,致使果子沟山区冬季各类冰雪灾害频发,途经此处的G30线赛里木湖-果子沟高速公路安全通行水平深受影响。论文以果子沟山区公路及沿线自然概况为研究背景,对该区域的冰雪灾害类型和除雪技术进行分类。通过对重点研究对象赛里木湖-果子沟高速公路降雪特点进行分析,结合工作实际,指出目前道路积雪除雪技术、机械设备的选择、融雪剂的使用量等方面存在的问题,并提出改进建议;通过对高速公路风吹雪、雪崩灾害的特点及路段分布研究,结合伊犁地区所使用的导风板、防雪走廊、被动防护网等防灾害设施的使用效果进行评价,并为赛-果高速公路今后进一步处治风吹雪、雪崩等灾害选择防治设施提供参考。
[Abstract]:China is one of the countries with serious ice and snow disasters. There are many kinds of ice and snow disasters and they are widely distributed. They are mainly concentrated in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet, Gansu, Inner Mongolia and Northeast China.To the safety of the local people and economic and social development caused huge losses.Therefore, it is the main work of highway management department to clear the snow on the road surface, take effective preventive measures and select reasonable prevention engineering, which can reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents and improve the efficiency of traffic transportation.Promoting economic development is of great significance.The mountain area of Shuigou is one of the most serious ice and snow disasters in Yili, which has the greatest impact on highway traffic. The heavy snowfall, wind snow and avalanche disasters are more serious.The interference of complicated landform, climatic characteristics and human activities causes frequent ice and snow disasters in the mountain area of Shuigou in winter. The safe traffic level of the Sailimu Lake-Shugou Expressway on the G30 line is greatly affected by the interference of various kinds of snow and ice disasters in winter in the mountain area of Shuigou.In this paper, the types of ice and snow disasters and snow removal techniques are classified on the background of the natural survey of the highway and the road along the Shugou mountain area.By analyzing the snowfall characteristics of Selimu Hu-Shuigou Expressway, and combining with the actual work, the paper points out the problems existing in the current road snow snow removal technology, the selection of machinery and equipment, the amount of snow melting agent, etc.By studying the characteristics of wind and snow blowing and avalanche disasters and the distribution of highway sections, the paper evaluates the effect of disaster prevention facilities such as wind guide plate, snow corridor, passive protective net and so on, which are used in Yili area, such as wind guide plate, snow prevention corridor, passive protective net and so on.It also provides reference for the selection of disaster prevention facilities such as wind and snow blowing and avalanche in the future on Sai-Guo Expressway.
