基于动态路径规划的城市医疗废弃物回收研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济的快速发展,医疗事业发展迅速,人民健康状况日益改善。城市医疗事业大力发展的同时,农村卫生工作稳步推进,社区卫生服务功能不断完善,疾病预防控制工作效果显著,卫生应急与监督能力不断提高,医疗卫生服务水平也得到了大幅度的提升。然而,伴随着医疗建设的大幅提高,医疗废弃物的回收管理问题最为重要与棘手。其中,运输环节的重要性更是不容小觑。本文进行了基于动态路径规划的城市医疗废弃物回收研究,相关研究内容和研究成果如下:首先,探讨了研究医疗废弃物运输动态路径的背景和意义,分析了城市医疗废弃物及其回收的内涵,在大量的国内外研究成果综述的基础上,将目前医疗废弃物的管理现状及存在的问题锁定在运输路径的动态选择上,在交通流预测的理论框架下,对城市医疗废弃物运输路径选择问题进行了现状分析,强调研究城市医疗废弃物运输路径选择问题的必要性。其次,界定了本文研究的动态路径选择问题;提出了城市医疗废弃物运输动态路径的概念性模型,旨在从宏观角度理清研究问题的方向;定义了道路拥挤程度比率,并建立医疗废弃物动态路径选择的数学模型。再次,设计了BP神经网络算法来对医疗废弃物运输道路的交通流进行预测,并且针对标准BP神经网络模型存在的3个缺点对模型进行了改进;设计了蚁群算法,通过道路拥挤程度比率的参数设定,将速度转化为路程,进行最短路的确定。最后,以大连市沙河口区的医疗废弃物回收网络为例,对文章提出的模型进行实例验证,并对实验结果进行分析。利用Matlab进行编程,得到了考虑交通拥堵状况和未考虑交通拥堵状况的路径选择结果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, medical service is developing rapidly, and people's health condition is improving day by day.With the rapid development of urban medical services, the rural health work has been advancing steadily, the function of community health services has been continuously improved, the effect of disease prevention and control has been remarkable, and the ability of health emergency response and supervision has been continuously improved.The level of medical and health services has also been greatly improved.However, with the substantial improvement of medical construction, the management of medical waste recycling is the most important and thorny.Among them, the importance of the transport link is not to be underestimated.In this paper, the urban medical waste recovery based on dynamic path planning is studied. The related research contents and research results are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research on the dynamic path of medical waste transportation are discussed.The connotation of urban medical waste and its recovery is analyzed. On the basis of a large number of domestic and international research results, the current management status and existing problems of medical waste are locked in the dynamic choice of transportation route.Based on the theoretical framework of traffic flow prediction, this paper analyzes the current situation of urban medical waste transportation route selection, and emphasizes the necessity of studying the problem of urban medical waste transportation path selection.Secondly, the paper defines the dynamic path selection problem studied in this paper, puts forward a conceptual model of the dynamic path of urban medical waste transportation, aims to clarify the direction of the research from a macro perspective, defines the ratio of road congestion,A mathematical model of dynamic path selection for medical waste was established.Thirdly, the BP neural network algorithm is designed to predict the traffic flow of the medical waste transportation road, and the model is improved for the three shortcomings of the standard BP neural network model, and the ant colony algorithm is designed.By setting the parameters of the road congestion ratio, the speed is transformed into the distance, and the shortest path is determined.Finally, taking the medical waste recovery network of Shahekou District of Dalian as an example, the model proposed in this paper is verified by an example, and the experimental results are analyzed.The results of path selection considering traffic congestion and not taking traffic congestion into account are obtained by programming with Matlab.
