城市道路行人过街设施设置方法研究

【摘要】:行人交通始终贯穿于居民的出行过程,这一出行方式的机动灵活性可以保证其发挥有效地过渡衔接作用,但是由于行人过街设置不规范导致的行人交通问题越来越多,主要表现为规划者对过街行人的重视不足,步行者的利益受损严重。规范合理的进行城市行人过街设施设置可以在一定程度上改善交通运行环境、更好的服务于行人。在此基础上,论文展开了行人过街设施选型、选址、间距等问题的研究,这对优化行人过街设施的设置具有十分重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍了行人过街设施的分类及各自的特点。总结了现状过街设施存在的主要问题。在理论研究基础上归纳总结出计算行人过街设施的通行能力的公式。其次,分析了行人过街的交通流特性,通过问卷调查的形式研究行人行为特性和心理特性,包括行人步速和步幅、极限过街等待时间、可接受的绕行距离以及对过街设施的选择偏好等。紧接着,本文将行人过街设施设置过程分为选型、选址及设施间距三个关键问题进行具体研究。选型方面,结合道路的几何形式、车辆的运行状况以及行人的过街需求,通过过街设施处的通行能力与实际行人过街需求量进行对比,将结果作为选择何种型式的判断条件;选址方面,利用宏观选址和微观选址相结合的方式,将城市区域划分为核心区、中心区、外围区三个部分,有针对性的进行选址设置;过街设施间距方面,以行人和车辆延误最小为总体目标,从行人心理、司机心理及相关城市的设置经验值三个方面分别考虑,提出了行人过街设施的合理间距。最后,选取石家庄市东南部一个区域作为本文的规划背景,并运用本文前部分的研究成果进行行人过街设施的设置。
[Abstract]:Pedestrian traffic always runs through the travel process of residents, the flexibility of this mode of travel can ensure that it can play an effective transition link, but the pedestrian traffic problems caused by the irregular setting of pedestrian crossing become more and more.The main performance is that planners pay less attention to pedestrians and the interests of pedestrians are seriously damaged.Standard and reasonable setting of pedestrian crossing facilities can improve traffic environment to some extent and serve pedestrians better.On this basis, the paper carried out the study of pedestrian crossing facilities selection, location, spacing and other issues, which is of great practical significance to optimize pedestrian crossing facilities.This paper first introduces the classification of pedestrian crossing facilities and their respective characteristics.The main problems existing in the present situation of crossing the street facilities are summarized.On the basis of theoretical research, the formula for calculating the capacity of pedestrian crossing facilities is summarized.Secondly, the characteristics of pedestrian traffic flow are analyzed, and the behavior and psychological characteristics of pedestrians are studied by questionnaire survey, including pedestrian walking speed and stride size, limit waiting time.Acceptable detour distance and preference for crossing facilities.Then, the process of setting pedestrian crossing facilities is divided into three key issues: type selection, location selection and facility spacing.In the aspect of selection, combined with the geometric form of the road, the running condition of the vehicle and the pedestrian's crossing demand, the traffic capacity of the crossing facilities is compared with the actual pedestrian's crossing demand, and the result is taken as the judgment condition of which type to choose;In the aspect of location selection, using the combination of macro location and micro location, the urban area is divided into three parts: the core area, the central district and the peripheral area.Taking the minimum of pedestrian and vehicle delay as the overall goal, the reasonable distance of pedestrian crossing facilities was put forward from three aspects: pedestrian psychology, driver's psychology and the setting experience value of relevant cities.Finally, a district in the southeast of Shijiazhuang is chosen as the planning background of this paper, and the pedestrian crossing facilities are set up using the research results in the first part of this paper.
