山西省山岭隧道渗漏水机理与处治

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展和人们出行的需要,在近几个五年计划的基础设施大建设下,全国铁路、公路网已基本成型。但由于设计、施工、材料、复杂的隧道围岩环境和气候的影响,大量隧道存在衬砌裂损、衬砌腐蚀、渗漏水、冻融等病害,“十隧九漏”的说法正说明了隧道渗漏水病害的严峻性。隧道渗漏水病害不仅会导致供电线路漏电或短路,还会造成路面湿滑,在北方冬季结冰,严重影响到隧道运营、行车和结构的安全。目前隧道渗漏水病害处治研究仍处于初级阶段,存在多个处治失败的案例,因而山岭隧道渗漏水病害处治仍需要进一步全面、深入的研究。本文在国内外隧道防排水研究的基础上,结合山西省山岭隧道渗漏水调研情况,对造成山岭隧道渗漏水的原因进行了系统分析,总结了隧道渗漏水的特点,分析研究了山岭隧道渗漏水形成机理和处治技术。并以大同市台子山隧道渗漏水病害处治工程为依托,对山岭隧道渗漏水处治的设计方案、材料的选择与应用、施工技术等进行了分析研究,提出了一些渗漏水处治的方法,具有一定的科研和工程实践价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the need for people to travel, the national railway and highway network have been basically formed under the construction of infrastructure in recent five-year plans. However, due to the influence of design, construction, materials, complex surrounding rock environment and climate, a large number of tunnel lining cracks, lining corrosion, leakage of water, freeze-thaw and other diseases, The statement of "ten tunnels and nine leaks" illustrates the severity of tunnel leakage disease. Tunnel leakage will not only lead to leakage or short circuit of power supply lines, but also to wet slippery road surface, freezing in winter in the north, which seriously affects the safety of tunnel operation, traffic and structure. At present, the treatment of tunnel leakage disease is still in the primary stage, there are many cases of failure of treatment, so the treatment of mountain tunnel leakage disease still needs to be further comprehensive and in-depth research. On the basis of the research of tunnel waterproofing and drainage at home and abroad and the investigation of leakage water in Shanling tunnel in Shanxi province, the causes of leakage in mountain tunnel are analyzed systematically, and the characteristics of leakage water in tunnel are summarized. The formation mechanism and treatment technology of leakage water in mountain tunnel are analyzed and studied. Based on the treatment project of leakage disease in Taizishan tunnel of Datong City, the design scheme, material selection and application, construction technology and so on are analyzed and studied, and some methods of treating leakage water are put forward. It has certain value of scientific research and engineering practice.
