无避让立体车库设计研究

【摘要】:结合市场现有的机械式停车设备,在简易升降式停车设备的基础上提出了无避让的需求。选择了运动方案,对无避让停车进行了结构设计和控制系统设计。选用的运动方案为行走、回转、起升。移动采用电动机驱动行走箱体及载车板沿导轨方向运行,回转机构驱动立柱及载车板转动90度,起升机构驱动载车板升降。无避让立体车库存取车的过程是由行走、回转、起升组成的组合运动以避开下方的车辆并使载车板放在下方停车。在机械结构设计中,主要设计了导轨底座、行走箱体、回转机构、立柱、起升机构、载车板。控制系统采用三菱FXlN系列PLC作为主控装置,加入光电开关、变频器、编码器、限位开关、继电器等组成,主要用于实现行走、回转、起升三个动作,并设置有防坠落等安全防护功能和遥控等模块方便安全使用。同时通过相应软件编程实现了无避让车库控制系统的自动控制。最后对机械结构和控制系统进行调试,满足使用要求。本课题所研究的无避让立体车库具有开发简单、成本低、易于安装等优点。非常适合旧车库改造和扩容。
[Abstract]:Combined with the existing mechanical parking equipment in the market, the requirement of no avoiding is put forward on the basis of simple lifting parking equipment. The motion scheme is selected, and the structure design and control system design are carried out. The selected motion scheme is walking, turning and lifting. The motor is used to drive the walking box and the carrying plate along the guide rail, the rotary mechanism drives the column and the plate to rotate 90 degrees, the lifting mechanism drives the lifting plate to lift. The process of accessing a car without shelter is a combined motion of walking, turning and lifting to avoid the vehicle below and to stop the car board in the bottom. In the mechanical structure design, the guide rail base, the walking box, the rotary mechanism, the column, the lifting mechanism and the car carrying plate are designed. The control system uses Mitsubishi FXlN series PLC as the main control device, which is composed of photoelectric switch, frequency converter, encoder, limit switch, relay and so on. It is mainly used to realize three actions of walking, turning and lifting. And has the safety protection function such as anti-fall and remote control module to facilitate safe use. At the same time, the automatic control of the control system without avoiding garage is realized by corresponding software programming. Finally, the mechanical structure and control system are debugged to meet the requirements. This research has the advantages of simple development, low cost, easy installation and so on. Very suitable for the old garage renovation and expansion.
