AS渗透养护剂在沥青路面预养护中的应用研究

【摘要】:CO-MA-SEAL?Asphalt Seal(以下简称AS)渗透养护剂是一种富含纳米颗粒的特殊活性化学反应成分的渗透性水性产品。AS渗透养护剂因其优良的渗透流动性、分散性、抗剥落和抗磨耗等性能在国外得到广泛关注和应用,而国内对其的认识才刚刚起步。为此,本文依托湖南省临长高速公路路面中修工程试验段,对AS渗透养护剂在沥青路面预养护工程中的应用技术开展研究。(1)根据修复机理研究表明,AS渗透养护剂在防治水损害、提高高温稳定性及修复微小裂缝方面有着特殊优势。AS渗透养护剂的性能检验表明,其符合界面渗透型防水涂料技术性能的评定标准。(2)通过原材料物理力学性能检验表明,SBS改性沥青和各档集料的物理力学性能均能满足设计要求。同时,采用马歇尔设计法,确定了SBS改性AC-13C沥青混合料的设计配合比。对AS渗透养护剂涂刷前后的混合料进行了路用性能对比试验,结果表明,涂刷AS渗透养护剂后,混合料抗磨耗能力及抗渗性能得到显著改善,抗滑性能受到一定影响,而对材料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性等的改善效果并不显著。(3)根据依托工程现场实际施工情况,提出了AS渗透养护剂的施工工序、工艺及注意事项,通过试验段现场检验,对实体工程中AS渗透养护剂涂刷前后的使用性能进行了对比分析,进一步确定了其应用效果,并对AS渗透养护剂作为新旧沥青层促粘剂和路面离析修补剂的施工方法进行了补充介绍。(4)通过喷洒AS渗透养护剂和常用的预防性养护措施的经济比较分析,可知AS渗透养护剂材料具有显著经济效益,施工工艺简单,产品安全环保无污染,对交通影响小,是一种优质的沥青路面预养护材料,具有广泛的应用前景。综上所述,使用AS渗透养护剂对沥青路面进行预防性养护能有效延长路用寿命,且经济合理,因此本文的研究结果可为AS渗透养护剂的进一步推广应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:The osmotic curing agent of CO-MA-SEAL?Asphalt is a kind of permeable water-based product rich in special active chemical reaction composition of nanoparticles. The permeability curing agent of as has excellent permeation fluidity and dispersity. The properties of anti-peeling and anti-wear have been widely paid attention to and applied abroad, but the understanding of them in China is just beginning. In this paper, based on the experimental section of Hunan Linchang Expressway pavement repair Project, the application technology of as osmotic curing agent in asphalt pavement pre-maintenance engineering is studied. 1) according to the research of repairing mechanism, it is shown that as permeable curing agent is preventing water damage. There are special advantages in improving high temperature stability and repairing micro cracks. The performance test of as osmotic curing agent shows that, It accords with the technical performance evaluation standard of interfacial permeable waterproof coating. The physical and mechanical properties of SBS modified asphalt and aggregate can meet the design requirements through the physical and mechanical properties test of raw materials. At the same time, Marshall design method is used to determine the design mix ratio of SBS modified AC-13C asphalt mixture. The contrasting tests on the pavement performance of the mixture before and after as permeation curing agent are carried out. The results show that the wear resistance and impermeability of the mixture are obviously improved and the skid resistance is affected to some extent after the as permeable curing agent is brushed. However, the improvement of material stability at high temperature, crack resistance at low temperature and water stability is not significant. According to the actual construction situation of supporting project, the construction procedure, process and attention of as permeable curing agent are put forward. Through the field inspection of the test section, the performance of as penetration curing agent before and after brushing in solid engineering is compared and analyzed, and the application effect is further determined. The construction method of as permeable curing agent as new and old asphalt layer adhesive and pavement segregation mending agent is introduced in this paper. The economic comparison and analysis of spraying as permeation curing agent and common preventive maintenance measures are carried out. It can be seen that as permeable curing agent material has remarkable economic benefit, simple construction technology, safe, environmental protection and no pollution, and has little influence on traffic. It is a kind of high quality asphalt pavement pre-maintenance material and has a wide application prospect. To sum up, preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement with as osmotic curing agent can effectively prolong the service life of asphalt pavement and is economical and reasonable. Therefore, the research results of this paper can provide a reference for the further popularization and application of as osmotic curing agent.
