路用集料加工设备选型及加工工艺研究

【摘要】:沥青路面以其行车舒适、噪声低、维修养护方便等优点而被广泛应用,已成为我国高速公路和重交通道路主要的路面结构类型。在我国已建成的高等级公路中,沥青混凝土路面约占80%以上。集料作为沥青路面混合料的重要组成部分,其质量的好坏将直接影响沥青混合料的质量,进而影响路面的质量和使用性能。目前,我国路面工程建设中的集料大多数来自社会料场,各料场质量、规格参差不齐,主要表现在料源控制不严格、材料不洁净、粉尘多、针片状含量超标、级配不规格等。因此,为了提高沥青路面的修筑质量,应采取有效措施控制集料料源宕口的选择和规范集料加工技术,尤其是对沥青路面碎石加工时的工艺选择和加工机械的选型。为了研究沥青路面集料加工工艺和设备选型,首先从甘肃省的部分碎石加工厂调研入手,收集当今使用的集料加工设备和加工工艺,并对其岩石资源进行整理。其次通过对各类加工设备加工特点的研究和加工参数的调整,改善集料加工生产效率,提高资源利用率。最后通过对加工的集料各项性能指标的研究,提出集料加工优选的加工工艺和集料质量检验指标和频率,以便为后期集料生产提供参考。研究表明,在集料生产时应注重对岩石的物理性能进行分析,并对加工机械的加工特点进行对比,本文提出的集料加工生产线可以提高集料生产效率和质量合格率,从而对沥青混合料质量起到提高作用,进而提高沥青路面的质量。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is widely used for its advantages of comfortable driving, low noise, convenient maintenance and maintenance. It has become the main pavement structure type of highway and heavy traffic road in China. Asphalt concrete pavement accounts for more than 80% of the high-grade highways built in China. Aggregate as an important part of asphalt pavement mixture, its quality will directly affect the quality of asphalt mixture, and then affect the pavement quality and performance. At present, most of the aggregates in pavement engineering construction in our country come from the social material yard, the quality and specification of each material yard are not uniform, mainly in the following aspects: the material source control is not strict, the material is unclean, the dust is much, the needle sheet content exceeds the standard, the gradation is not standard and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement, effective measures should be taken to control the selection of aggregate source and to standardize aggregate processing technology, especially for the selection of asphalt pavement macadam process and the selection of processing machinery. In order to study the processing technology and equipment selection of asphalt pavement aggregate, starting with the investigation of some crushed stone processing plants in Gansu Province, this paper collects the aggregate processing equipment and processing technology used today, and collates its rock resources. Secondly, through the study of processing characteristics of various processing equipment and the adjustment of processing parameters, the production efficiency of aggregate processing and the utilization ratio of resources are improved. Finally, through the study of the various performance indexes of the aggregate processed, the processing technology, the quality inspection index and the frequency of aggregate quality are put forward in order to provide a reference for the later aggregate production. The research shows that the physical properties of rock should be analyzed in aggregate production, and the processing characteristics of machining machinery should be compared. The aggregate processing line proposed in this paper can improve the production efficiency and the qualified rate of aggregate quality. Therefore, it can improve the quality of asphalt mixture and then improve the quality of asphalt pavement.
