长大隧道开敞式TBM掘进性能及刀具损耗规律研究

【摘要】:在未来几十年,铁路、公路、水利水电、城市地铁、海底隧道等大批不同类型的隧道需要建设,而TBM将成为我国隧道工程首选的施工方法,它快速、安全、高效、环保等优点必将推动TBM的长远发展。TBM掘进性能研究和刀具磨损研究对TBM设计、施工和成本预算都是十分重要的,而且TBM在施工过程中要根据不同地质条件来适当调整刀盘推力、刀盘扭矩、刀盘转速以及掘进速度等主要参数,才能使TBM安全、快速和高效的掘进。本文以东北特长隧道TBM工程为背景,进行了大量TBM现场测试和数据记录,包括地质岩石取样、掘进数据记录、刀具磨损记录、刀具备件损耗及原因记录等,对岩石物理力学性能进行试验,包括单轴抗压强度试验和磨蚀性试验等,再利用分析软件,对东北特长隧道TBM工程TBM掘进性能和刀具磨损进行统计分析以及相关性分析和研究,包括TBM作业利用率和设备完好率的分析、TBM掘进性能与掘进参数相关性研究;刀具磨损量、换刀次数统计、刀具磨损与围岩情况相关性分析等。本论文研究表明:TBM在不同围岩情况下掘进作业利用率有明显差别,TBM贯入度和掘进速度与某些掘进参数(刀盘推力、刀盘转速等)和地质参数(单轴抗压强度等)之间有较强的相关性;刀具在不同地质条件下磨损量差异很大,不同类型刀具的磨损情况亦相差较大,并且磨损量有一定规律。本文研究结果和数据对其它TBM工程具有重要参考和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:In the coming decades, a large number of different types of tunnels, such as railway, highway, water conservancy and hydropower, urban subway, undersea tunnel and so on, will need to be built, and TBM will become the preferred construction method for tunnel engineering in China, which is fast, safe and efficient. Environmental protection and other advantages will promote the long-term development of TBM. The study of tunneling performance and tool wear is very important to the design, construction and cost budget of TBM. Moreover, the thrust of cutter head should be adjusted according to different geological conditions in the construction process of TBM. The main parameters, such as the torque of the cutter head, the speed of the cutter head and the driving speed, can make the TBM drive safely, quickly and efficiently. In this paper, based on the TBM project of the northeast extra-long tunnel, a large number of TBM field tests and data records are carried out, including geological rock sampling, tunneling data recording, tool wear record, tool spare parts loss and cause record, etc. The physical and mechanical properties of rock are tested, including uniaxial compressive strength test and abrasion test, and the statistical analysis and correlation analysis of TBM tunneling performance and tool wear of TBM project in northeast extra-long tunnel are carried out by using analysis software. This paper includes the analysis of TBM operation utilization ratio and equipment integrity rate, the correlation study of TBM tunneling performance and tunneling parameters, tool wear quantity, tool changing times statistics, tool wear and surrounding rock condition correlation analysis, and so on. In this paper, it is shown that there are significant differences in the utilization ratio of tunneling operation between TBM and TBM under different surrounding rock conditions, and between TBM penetration and tunneling velocity and some tunneling parameters (thrust of cutter head). There is a strong correlation between the rotational speed of the cutter and the geological parameters (uniaxial compressive strength, etc.), the wear quantity of the cutting tool is very different under different geological conditions, and the wear condition of different types of cutting tools is also quite different, and the wear amount is regular. The results and data of this paper have important reference value for other TBM projects.
