高速列车动荷载作用下岩溶地质盾构隧道管片疲劳寿命评价

【摘要】:目前城市地铁建设如火如荼,隧道建设中遇到岩溶地质概率大大增加,溶洞的存在会对隧道管片的受力及疲劳寿命产生什么样的影响?溶洞分布位置、几何尺寸、溶洞与隧道之间的距离、对管片疲劳寿命的又有何影响?本文针对这些问题利用abaqus进行动力数值模拟计算,对在岩溶地质条件下列车动荷载对隧道管片的疲劳寿命进行了研究。主要研究内容为:1)参考国内外学者的经验公式及动力计算的结果,发现盾构隧道底部内侧管片的受拉疲劳寿命最小,故以底部内侧管片的受拉疲劳寿命作为隧道管片的疲劳寿命。2)对比不同动载组合方式时盾构隧道管片的疲劳寿命,找出最不利的动载组合方式。3)经过计算对比显示:一定埋深下的溶洞,其规模的大小与盾构隧道管片的疲劳寿命有一定的关联。在一定范围内,溶洞的尺寸对管片的疲劳寿命影响甚大。而在溶洞与隧道之间的距离不同时的隧道管片疲劳寿命对比来看,管片的疲劳寿命大体上随距离增加而增大。距离过小时,溶洞的存在会对管片的疲劳寿命造成较大的影响导致不符合设计要求,故在设计及施工时需要对岩溶地段进行探测,确定溶洞与隧道之间的距离。不符合要求的要采取措施进行处理。4)管片的疲劳寿命与溶洞所在位置存在关系,溶洞处在隧道下方时,管片的疲劳寿命随着隧道与管片的距离增大而增加。而溶洞在隧道下方与溶洞在两隧道中间的下方相比要不利的多。所以在隧道施工时要注意探测隧道下方的溶洞,根据与隧道的距离判断是否需要进行处理。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of urban subway is in full swing, the probability of karst geology in tunnel construction is greatly increased. What influence does the existence of karst cave have on the force and fatigue life of tunnel segments? What is the influence of the distance between the karst cave distribution, geometry, the distance between the cave and the tunnel on the fatigue life of the tunnel? This paper aims at these problems The dynamic numerical simulation of ABAQUS is used to study the fatigue life of the tunnel tube under the karst geological conditions. The main research contents are as follows: 1) referring to the empirical formula and the results of dynamic calculation, it is found that the tensile fatigue life of the inner tube in the bottom of the shield tunnel is the smallest, so the inner side of the bottom is in the bottom. As the fatigue life of the tunnel segment as the fatigue life.2 of the tunnel segment, the fatigue life of the shield tunnel segment is compared with the different dynamic load combination mode, and the most unfavorable dynamic load combination mode.3) is found out after calculation and comparison: the size of the cave in the buried depth is related to the fatigue life of the shield tunnel tube. In the fixed range, the size of the cave has a great influence on the fatigue life of the tube, and the fatigue life of the tube increases with the increase of distance in the different distance between the tunnel and the tunnel. The existence of the cavern will cause a greater impact on the fatigue life of the tube. In design and construction, it is necessary to detect the Karst Section in the design and construction, determine the distance between the cave and the tunnel. The fatigue life of the tube is related to the location of the cave where the.4 is not met with the requirements. When the cave is under the tunnel, the fatigue life of the pipe increases with the distance between the tunnel and the tube. The cave below the tunnel is much lower than the cave below the middle of the two tunnel. Therefore, in the tunnel construction, we should pay attention to the cave in the tunnel under the tunnel, and judge whether it needs to be handled according to the distance from the tunnel.
