温拌橡胶沥青混合料设计方法及施工工艺研究

【摘要】:橡胶沥青路面具有优良的路用性能,其抗老化和抗疲劳性能更优于其它改性沥青混合料,广泛应用于道路建设中。然而,由于橡胶沥青混合料的施工温度较高,施工期间的排放问题更为突出。温拌技术具有在保证混合料品质的前提下,降低施工温度进而降低排放的特点。因此将温拌技术应用于橡胶沥青路面中,在确保工程质量的同时对废轮胎粉的应用将产生积极地影响。首先,通过对现有橡胶沥青混合料设计方法进行研究,提出温拌橡胶沥青混合料设计关键参数,并对AR-AC13及AR-HM13温拌橡胶沥青混合料进行了配合比设计,在确定混合料级配、最佳油石比的条件下,进行了混合料的力学性能及路用性能验证,结果表明:两种温拌橡胶沥青混合料均具有较好的路用性能,其中AR-AC13橡胶沥青混合料的低温及抗疲劳性能更优,温拌AR-HM13橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性更优。其次,论文研究温拌剂对橡胶沥青路面路用性能产生的影响。添加Sasobit温拌剂时其高温稳定性和水稳定性改善明显,而低温性能变差;Evotherm温拌剂的添加会对低温性能产生不利影响,而水稳定性并无较大影响。再者,对温拌橡胶沥青混合料拌合及压实温度进行研究,提出利用Steady shear flow viscosity法计算出的温拌橡胶沥青拌合和压实温度与工程实际较吻合;在使用Sasobit温拌橡胶沥青时,推荐拌合温度为165~170℃,推荐成型温度为155~160℃;在使用Evotherm温拌橡胶沥青混合料时,推荐拌合温度为170~175℃,推荐成型温度为160~165℃。最后,验证分析试验路段的关键参数及经济技术指标。得出橡胶沥青混合料及温拌橡胶沥青混合料的出料温度分别为180℃及160℃,采用同样的摊铺及碾压工艺,温拌橡胶沥青的压实度、渗水及构造深度检测结果优于橡胶沥青混合料,而且温拌橡胶沥青路面施工过程中对降低污染物的排放具有显著的社会效益。
[Abstract]:Rubber asphalt pavement has excellent pavement performance, its anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance is better than other modified asphalt mixture, widely used in road construction. However, due to the high construction temperature of rubber asphalt mixture, the discharge problem during construction is more prominent. Warm mixing technology has the characteristics of reducing the construction temperature and then reducing the discharge under the premise of ensuring the quality of mixture. Therefore, the application of warm mixing technology in rubber asphalt pavement will have a positive impact on the application of waste tire powder while ensuring the engineering quality. First of all, through the research of the existing rubber asphalt mixture design method, the key parameters of the warm mix rubber asphalt mixture design are put forward, and the mix ratio design of AR-AC13 and AR-HM13 warm mix rubber asphalt mixture is carried out to determine the mixture gradation. The mechanical properties and road performance of the mixture are verified under the optimum asphalt ratio. The results show that the two kinds of warm rubber asphalt mixture have better road performance. The low temperature and fatigue resistance of AR-AC13 rubber asphalt mixture is better, and the high temperature stability of warm mixed AR-HM13 rubber asphalt mixture is better. Secondly, the paper studies the influence of warm mix agent on road performance of rubber asphalt pavement. The high temperature stability and water stability of Sasobit warm mix agent were improved obviously, but the low temperature performance of Evotherm warm mix agent had adverse effect on the low temperature performance, but the water stability was not greatly affected. Furthermore, the mixing and compaction temperature of warm rubber asphalt mixture is studied, and it is put forward that the mixing and compaction temperature of warm rubber asphalt mixture calculated by Steady shear flow viscosity method is in good agreement with the engineering practice. When using Sasobit warm mix rubber asphalt, the temperature of mixing and compaction of warm rubber asphalt mixture calculated by Steady shear flow viscosity method is in good agreement with the engineering practice. The recommended mixing temperature is 165C and the recommended molding temperature is 155C, and when Evotherm is used, the mixing temperature is 170 ~ 175 鈩,
