高速铁路大型桥梁养护维修PHM系统应用初探

【摘要】:针对我国高速铁路桥梁管理养护现状和存在的问题,提出应用PHM(Prognostics and Health Management)技术对高速铁路大型桥梁进行服役状态管理。高速铁路大型桥梁PHM系统依托于3S网络架构和BIM(Building Information Modeling)模型,应用先进传感技术对车-线-桥-环境开展一体化实时监测,并通过智能巡检进行桥梁病害定位统计与桥梁服役状态评估。利用数据融合技术对多源数据开展历史趋势分析与相关性研究,进行故障诊断与预测,以实现高速铁路桥梁RAMS(Reliabitity,Availability,Maintainabitity,Safety)管理。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation and existing problems in the management and maintenance of high-speed railway bridges in China, this paper puts forward the application of PHM(Prognostics and Health management technology to the service state management of large-scale high-speed railway bridges. Based on the 3s network architecture and the BIM(Building Information modeling model, the PHM system of large bridge in high-speed railway is integrated and real-time monitored by advanced sensing technology. And through the intelligent inspection of bridge disease location statistics and bridge service status evaluation. Using data fusion technology to carry out historical trend analysis and correlation study of multi-source data, fault diagnosis and prediction are carried out to realize the management of high-speed railway bridge RAMSReliabitityn availability (Maintainabitityn Safetyn).
