夏村隧道施工监控量测与围岩参数位移反分析

【摘要】:在隧道施工过程中,监控量测具有确保安全,指导施工、反馈信息、修正设计、积累资料的重要作用,因此不可缺少。本文建立在对夏村隧道进行监控量测的基础之上,通过监控量测,能够观测到监控断面的变形量大小,可以预测到检测断面的最终变形量以及二衬施做的合理时机,并且通过使用黄金分割,应用相关软件,找到了满足实际变形值的隧道围岩参数。这些等效的围岩参数值要比室内实验获得的参数值有更大的实际工程应用价值。本文主要内容包括:1)对三柳高速夏村隧道的工程背景、工程条件进行调研和分析。2)根据规范并结合实际现场情况,制定出监控量测的工作方案,并严格按照该方案执行监控量测工作,将每天的检测结果进行汇总和整理,向施工单位定期提交检测报告。3)利用实际得到的检测数据,分别根据指数函数、双曲函数、对数函数对它们进行回归分析,找出吻合度最高的一种函数,然后通过回归函数预测该断面的最终变形以及二衬施做的合理时机。4)以ZK5+760断面的变形数据为依据,建立模型,进行位移反演分析,得到了与实际变形情况相符合情况下的等效围岩参数,以此参数为依据,利用FLAC3D数值模拟,可以为接下来隧道的施工以及设计提供必要的依据。本文利用了夏村隧道围岩变形的监控量测的数据,完成了变形回归分析工作,这样能使得监控量测工作所得到的实际数据更好地为隧道的现场施工服务。利用夏村隧道的实测数据,完成了围岩参数位移反演分析,这为夏村隧道的等效参数获取提供了一种更加省时、经济的方法,当遇到相似情况时,可以以此为一定的借鉴,同时对隧道工程领域中反分析法的使用有借鉴之意义。
[Abstract]:In the process of tunnel construction, monitoring and measurement plays an important role in ensuring safety, guiding construction, feedback information, modifying design and accumulating data, so it is indispensable. Based on the monitoring measurement of Xiacun tunnel, the deformation of the monitoring section can be observed, the final deformation of the monitoring section can be predicted and the reasonable time for the second line application can be predicted. Through the use of golden section and relevant software, the parameters of tunnel surrounding rock that meet the actual deformation value are found. These equivalent values of surrounding rock parameters have more practical application value than those obtained by indoor experiments. The main contents of this paper include: (1) investigation and analysis of the engineering background and engineering conditions of Sanliu Expressway Xia Village Tunnel. (2) according to the specifications and combined with the actual situation of the site, the work plan of monitoring and measuring is worked out. And strictly according to the program to carry out the monitoring and measurement work, the daily test results will be summarized and arranged, regularly submitted to the construction unit testing report .3) using the actual test data, respectively according to the exponential function, hyperbolic function, The logarithmic function makes regression analysis on them, finds out one of the functions with the highest degree of coincidence, and then predicts the final deformation of the section by regression function and the reasonable time. 4) based on the deformation data of ZK5 760 section, the model is established. The equivalent surrounding rock parameters in accordance with the actual deformation are obtained by the displacement inversion analysis. Based on these parameters and the FLAC3D numerical simulation, the necessary basis for the construction and design of the following tunnel can be provided. This paper makes use of the monitoring data of the surrounding rock deformation of Xicun Tunnel and completes the work of deformation regression analysis, which can make the actual data obtained from the monitoring and measuring work better serve for the construction of the tunnel. Based on the measured data of Xiacun tunnel, the displacement inversion analysis of surrounding rock parameters is completed, which provides a more time-saving and economical method for obtaining equivalent parameters of Xiacun tunnel. At the same time, it can be used for reference in the field of tunnel engineering.
