模块化设计在机械垂直循环式立体车库应用研究

【摘要】:随着经济发展的速度逐渐加快,人们的消费水品也成倍的增长,我国居民汽车的保有量也急剧增长。因此,停车难已成为城市需要解决的重要问题,立体车库开发与建设是解决这一问题的有效途径。对于我国而言,由于立体停车设备的研究与开发时间较短,市场上正在使用的立体车库存在着诸多问题,如不能满足客户的个性需求、使用过程时间长、效率低等。大规模定制在极大程度地满足客户个性化需求的同时,能以原有资源为基础,采用和大批量生产一样的研发周期和研究效率。大规模定制的核心是产品族的设计,产品的模块设计又是产品族设计的基础。为了解决立体车库的诸多问题,本文采用大批量定制的研究方法,对现有的机械垂直循环式立体车库进行产品族设计,继而研究出满足不同需求的立体车库配置方案。针对机械垂直循环式立体车库,本文先从其功能的方面,对其进行模块划分。采用自下而上的分解方法,将立体车库的功能分解为最低层的功能元,构建其功能结构图。从基于需求准则和基于功能准则两个方面对其功能进行模块划分,在需求准则下,通过建立功能与需求之间的相关关系,使用数量积的方法,对子功能进行模糊聚类,得到功能模块划分方案;在功能准则下,根据功能结构图得到立体车库的广义有向图,生成广义可达链,据此设计出结构模块划分方案。以模块的耦合度为优化目标,综合得出机械垂直循环式立体车库的功能模块划分方案。在功能模块划分方案的基础上,对承载功能的零部件进行结构模块划分;从联接、形位和作用力三个方面求出零部件相关关系矩阵,通过“问题”消去法,再次进行模块划分调整,得到无约束和有约束的结构模块聚类方案。应用D-S证据理论对有约束的模块划分方案进行优选,编写matlab应用程序,对评价结果进行自动化处理,得到满意度较高的模块划分方案。对机械垂直循环式立体车库进行了产品族规划,建立了三维模块零件库,得出了较优配置方案。
[Abstract]:With the speed of economic development, people's consumption of aquatic products has also doubled, the number of residents in China has also increased rapidly. Therefore, the parking difficulty has become an important problem to be solved in the city. The development and construction of the three-dimensional garage is an effective way to solve this problem. For our country, because of the research of the three-dimensional parking equipment There are many problems in the three-dimensional garage being used in the market, such as can not meet the customer's personal needs, use process time and low efficiency. Mass customization can be based on the original resources and adopt the same research cycle as mass production while meeting the customer's personalized needs to a great extent. The core of mass customization is product family design and product module design is the basis of product family design. In order to solve the problems of stereoscopic garage, this paper adopts the research method of mass customization to design the product family of the existing mechanical vertical circular garage, and then research to meet the different needs. In view of the mechanical vertical recycling garage, this paper first divides it into modules from the aspects of its function, and uses the bottom-up decomposition method to decompose the function of the three-dimensional garage into the function element of the lowest level, and constructs its functional structure diagram. From two aspects of the requirement criterion and the function criterion, the structure of the garage is constructed. The function is divided into modules. Under the requirement criterion, by establishing the relation between function and demand, using the method of quantity product, the function module is fuzzy clustering, and the function module division scheme is obtained. Under the function criterion, the generalized digraph of the three-dimensional garage is obtained according to the function structure diagram, and the generalized reachable chain is generated, based on which the design of the knot is designed. With the coupling degree of the module as the optimization goal, the functional module division scheme of the mechanical vertical cycling three-dimensional garage is synthetically obtained. On the basis of the functional module division scheme, the components of the bearing function are divided into the structure module, and the correlation matrix of the parts is obtained from three aspects of connection, shape and force. Through the "problem" elimination method, the module partition adjustment is carried out again, and the unconstrained and constrained structure module clustering scheme is obtained. The D-S evidence theory is used to optimize the constrained module division scheme, to compile the matlab application, to automate the evaluation results and to get the module division scheme with higher satisfaction. The product family planning of the direct circulation stereo garage is carried out, and the three-dimensional module parts library is established, and a better configuration scheme is obtained.
