土体冻胀试验系统的研制与应用

【摘要】:为了研究土体在不同环境下的冻胀特性,自主设计研制了土体冻胀试验系统.该系统模拟自然条件下路基土的工作状态,从温度荷载的加载方式、上覆荷载的加载方式、水分补给方式、侧向约束条件等方面严格控制试验环境.基于温度控制盘、滑动绝热装置的创新设计,在实验室内实现了对路基土冻胀过程的真实模拟,并实现了冻结过程中温度分布、上覆压力和冻胀变形的实时监测.最后,通过饱和粉质黏土冻胀试验的测试结果,验证了该系统的可靠性和有效性,明确了土体冻结过程中的温度分布特征和冻胀变形规律.
[Abstract]:In order to study the frost heave characteristics of soil in different environments, a soil frost heave test system was designed and developed. The system simulates the working state of subgrade soil under natural conditions, and strictly controls the test environment from the aspects of loading mode of temperature load, loading mode of overburden load, water supply mode, lateral constraint condition and so on. Based on the innovative design of temperature control disc and sliding adiabatic device, the real simulation of frost heave process of subgrade soil is realized in laboratory, and the real time monitoring of temperature distribution, overlying pressure and frost heave deformation during freezing process is realized. Finally, the reliability and effectiveness of the system are verified by the results of the frost heave test of saturated silty clay, and the characteristics of temperature distribution and the law of frost heave deformation in the process of soil freezing are clarified.
