波纹钢腹板组合箱梁剪力滞理论试验分析及有限元精细化建模

【摘要】:由不同材料结构或是不同施工工序所结合而成的梁可以称为组合梁结构。本文的组合梁结构是一种较为特殊的组合结构,是由钢腹板设计为波纹状形式的组合钢混箱梁结构。这种箱梁截面形式的特殊结构在整体的受力性能以及轻盈的结构形式方面,比起普通的混凝土箱梁有很大程度上的优越性。文章结合国内外的文献以及本文为试验而打造的模型试验梁,以此试验梁为依托进行此特殊结构箱梁的剪力滞效应研究,再从理论计算和有限元仿真模拟方面进行分析与对比,最后再将有限元建模步骤及形式进一步更深入的精细化,具体的工作内容如下:(1)运用理论分析,结合能量变分法,应用此类波纹钢腹板箱梁形式的剪力滞效应理论公式,得出简支约束条件下的不同荷载形式所对应的剪力滞系数求解公式。其次进行试验梁的实测数据采集,最后总结归纳。最后再应用有限元分析软件MIDAS/FEA进行试验梁模型的仿真模拟。将三者总结归纳后的剪力滞系数值进行对比分析,从而验证三者的分析准确度。(2)在有限元建模的基础上对此进行进一步精细化建模。从三个精细化方面入手:○1连接形式精细化(波纹钢腹板未嵌入形式建立和波纹钢腹板嵌入形式建立);○2钢腹板单元建立精细化(钢腹板实体单元建立和钢腹板板壳单元建立);○3钢腹板波纹形状的精细化(钢腹板波纹状折角建立和钢腹板波纹状圆角建立)。讨论这三种建模方式的操作步骤的简洁性以及所得数据的精确性,最终总结出即满足工程计算需求精度又简化建模步骤的实用的建模方式。
[Abstract]:A beam composed of different material structures or different construction procedures can be called composite beam structure. The composite beam structure in this paper is a special kind of composite structure which is designed from steel webs to corrugated composite steel-concrete box girder structure. The special structure of this type of box girder is superior to the ordinary concrete box girder in terms of its overall mechanical performance and light structure. In this paper, the shear lag effect of the box girder with special structure is studied based on the domestic and foreign literature and the model test beam made for the test, and then the theoretical calculation and the finite element simulation are analyzed and compared. Finally, the steps and forms of finite element modeling are further refined. The specific work contents are as follows: 1) using the theoretical analysis and the energy variational method, the shear lag effect theoretical formula of this corrugated steel web box girder is applied. The formula of shear lag coefficient corresponding to different load forms under simply supported constraints is obtained. Secondly, the measured data of the test beam are collected, and finally summarized. Finally, the finite element analysis software MIDAS/FEA is used to simulate the test beam model. By comparing and analyzing the three values of shear lag coefficient, the accuracy of the three methods is verified. (2) on the basis of finite element modeling, the model is further refined. Starting from three fine aspects, the connection form of: 01 is refined (the corrugated steel web is not embedded and the corrugated steel web is embedded in the form of the wavy steel web and the steel web unit is built up with the refinement of the steel web entity unit and the steel web unit). The web plate shell element is used to establish the refined corrugated shape of the steel web (the corrugated angle of the steel web and the corrugated circular angle of the steel web). This paper discusses the simplicity of the operation steps and the accuracy of the data obtained from these three modeling methods, and finally summarizes a practical modeling method which not only meets the requirements of engineering calculation but also simplifies the modeling steps.
