穿越节理岩体隧道围岩稳定性及安全施工技术研究

【摘要】:以"一带一路"为契机,长大深埋隧道将会迎来一股崭新的建设高潮,我国也将更加重视对地下空间的利用,修建隧道所遇到的环境将复杂多变,隧道穿越节理岩体地层将不可避免,而如何采取有效的措施来维持节理隧道的稳定性,保证施工的安全性将是隧道建设的一大瓶颈。本文基于三维离散元的方法,针对隧道穿越复杂节理岩体地层,并运用正交试验的方法,分析节理岩体各参数对围岩稳定性影响的问题。根据单因素敏感分析的方法,研究喷锚支护参数对节理隧道的支护效果,提出不同节理隧道所适用的喷锚支护参数。以实际工程背景为依托,利用统一强度理论,验证隧道衬砌的安全系数,以保证隧道施工的安全性要求,主要的研究成果如下。1.确定剪切滑移区面积作为节理隧道稳定性的判定指标,利用正交试验基本原理,确定正交试验的水平,给出合适的正交表。基于三维离散元的方法,建立层及交叉状节理隧道模型,分析岩块力学性质、节理力学性质和节理岩体综合性质对围岩稳定性的影响,得到影响节理隧道稳定性的主要因素。2.建立层状及交叉状节理隧道喷锚支护结构模型,根据单因素敏感分析的方法,分别研究了喷射混凝土支护、锚杆支护及喷锚支护作用下,支护参数对节理隧道稳定性的影响,得到节理隧道稳定性控制指标随支护参数的变化规律。3.以营盘山隧道为依托工程,针对层状、块状及破碎状节理隧道,提出合理的喷锚支护参数。基于统一强度理论,将衬砌的安全系数作为评价指标,分析不同节理隧道喷锚支护的衬砌受力状态,得到保证节理隧道施工安全性的支护参数。
[Abstract]:Taking "Belt and Road" as an opportunity, a new construction climax will be ushered in in the long and deep buried tunnel. China will also pay more attention to the utilization of underground space, and the environment encountered in the construction of the tunnel will be complex and changeable. It is inevitable that the tunnel passes through the jointed rock mass strata, and how to take effective measures to maintain the stability of the jointed tunnel and ensure the safety of construction will be a major bottleneck of tunnel construction. In this paper, based on the method of three dimensional discrete element, the influence of the parameters of jointed rock mass on the stability of surrounding rock mass is analyzed by orthogonal test for tunnel crossing through complex jointed rock mass strata. According to the method of single factor sensitivity analysis, the support effect of shotcrete anchor support parameters on jointed tunnel is studied, and the suitable shotcrete anchor support parameters for different joint tunnels are put forward. Based on the actual engineering background and using the unified strength theory, the safety factor of tunnel lining is verified to ensure the safety requirements of tunnel construction. The main research results are as follows. The area of shear slip zone is determined as the criterion of the stability of jointed tunnel. The level of orthogonal test is determined by using the basic principle of orthogonal test and the proper orthogonal table is given. Based on the method of three dimensional discrete element, the model of stratum and cross joint tunnel is established, and the influence of mechanical property of rock block, mechanical property of joint and comprehensive property of jointed rock mass on the stability of surrounding rock is analyzed, and the main factors affecting the stability of jointed tunnel are obtained. Based on the single factor sensitive analysis method, the effects of shotcrete support, bolt support and shotcreting anchor support on the stability of jointed tunnel are studied. The variation law of stability control index with supporting parameters is obtained. Based on Yingpanshan tunnel, the reasonable parameters of shotcrete anchor support are put forward for layered, massive and broken joint tunnels. Based on the unified strength theory, the safety factor of lining is taken as the evaluation index, and the stress state of jet-anchor lining in different joint tunnels is analyzed, and the supporting parameters to ensure the safety of jointed tunnel construction are obtained.
