预应力混凝土梁孔道压浆效果检测技术及应用

【摘要】:随着我国桥梁事业的快速发展,预应力混凝土结构被广泛应用于工程建设之中。在后张法预应力孔道压浆过程中,由于压浆工艺、灌浆材料或人为疏忽等原因,孔道内有时会出现灌浆不密实,甚至出现不饱满和孔洞等现象,这将在很大程度上降低预应力混凝土结构的承载能力与耐久性。为了保证预应力混凝土桥梁灌浆质量,就要及时发现和处理灌浆缺陷。因此灌浆密实度检测技术的研究也就变得十分重要。本文对压浆效果的检测技术作了理论研究,提出了冲击回波法缺陷类型的判别标准,并进行了实践检测,主要做了以下工作:(1)阐述了压浆效果检测技术的研究现状,总结了现有的压浆检测方法以及存在的问题,主要研究了无损检测技术的方法和原理;(2)主要研究了冲击回波法检测孔道压浆密实性的基本原理,并介绍了孔道压浆的评判方法;(3)基于冲击回波法,对空管和灌浆管道的检测结果作了比较。结合滹沱河大桥的预制梁通过定性法和定位法对灌浆管道的密实性进行检测,并对灌浆质量进行评价。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of bridges in China, prestressed concrete structures are widely used in engineering construction. In the post- pre-stressed channel grouting process, due to grouting technology, grouting materials or human negligence, the grouting sometimes occurs in the channel not dense, or even the phenomenon of lack of fullness and hole, etc. This will greatly reduce the bearing capacity and durability of prestressed concrete structures. In order to ensure the grouting quality of prestressed concrete bridge, it is necessary to find and deal with grouting defects in time. Therefore, the research of grouting density detection technology becomes very important. This paper makes a theoretical study on the testing technology of the grouting effect, puts forward the criterion of judging the defect type of the impact echo method, and carries out the practical inspection. The main work is as follows: (1) the present situation of the research on the grouting effect detection technology is expounded. This paper summarizes the existing grouting testing methods and the existing problems, mainly studies the methods and principles of nondestructive testing technology, mainly studies the basic principle of the impact echo method for detecting the compactness of hole grouting. Based on the impact echo method, the test results of empty pipe and grouting pipeline are compared. Combined with the precast beam of Hutuo River Bridge, the compactness of grouting pipeline was tested by qualitative method and positioning method, and the grouting quality was evaluated.
