活性粉末混凝土管片抗弯性能的试验研究

【摘要】:为了探究活性粉末混凝土材料(RPC)在隧道管片方面的应用,通过对RPC梁进行抗弯试验,研究了厚度和配筋对RPC梁抗弯性能的影响,对比分析了不同参数下RPC试验梁的破坏特性、承载力、弯矩-挠度和弯矩-应变关系的变化规律,进而探究RPC作为衬砌管片材料的优越性。研究结果表明:在常温下配制养护RPC构件,其立方体抗压强度可达到130 MPa;少量配筋能够增加RPC构件的变形,提高延性;适量配筋能够显著提高RPC构件的抗弯承载力和变形,但减小厚度对适量配筋RPC构件的变形和抗弯承载力影响较小;掺加的钢纤维承载部分荷载,使得RPC应用于管片中可减少钢筋用量和厚度。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the application of reactive powder concrete (RPC) in the tunnel segment, the effects of thickness and reinforcement on the flexural properties of RPC beams were studied, and the failure characteristics of RPC beams under different parameters were compared and analyzed. The variation of bearing capacity, bending moment-deflection and moment-strain relationship is discussed, and the superiority of RPC as lining material is explored. The results show that the cube compressive strength of the cured RPC member can reach 130 MPA at room temperature, a small amount of reinforcement can increase the deformation and ductility of the RPC member, and the appropriate amount of reinforcement can significantly improve the flexural capacity and deformation of the RPC member. However, reducing the thickness has little effect on the deformation and flexural capacity of RPC members, and the steel fiber can be used to reduce the amount of steel bar and thickness when it is used in the segment because of the partial load of the steel fiber.
