泡沫沥青混合料技术应用研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国公路事业蓬勃发展,伴随着公路通达里程的不断提升,现有沥青路面逐年老化,路面大中修频繁。同时,公路建设养护具有高能耗与高污染的特点,石料开采、温室气体排放等对环境造成进一步破坏。废旧路面沥青回收再生技术在节约能源、保护自然环境、提高行业科技水平等方面优势突出,已得到了广泛认可与好评,并成为未来路面材料研究的重点。在众多节能环保材料中,泡沫沥青再生技术具有消耗废旧沥青混合料数量大的特点,因此得到了广泛应用,在多年实施以来,不乏成功范例,但也存在很多教训,诸多问题都亟待解决。本文依托北京市实际公路大修工程,通过实地调查并依据技术规范要求合理选取沥青路面大修方式以及旧路沥青材料再生方法。根据泡沫沥青混合料的强度形成特点,一方面采用马歇尔设计方法进行混合料配合比设计,同时根据其具备半刚性基层板体强度特点,进行相关的强度验证。通过对交通量的调查、分析、预测进行泡沫沥青路面结构设计。在施工过程中严格按照施工规范要求控制工艺流程以确保在竣工检测后能够正确评价其路用性能。通过后期跟踪检测调查,并结合经济效益及社会效益分析,全面评价泡沫沥青混合料技术应用的合理性与先进性。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the cause of highway in China has developed vigorously. With the continuous improvement of highway access mileage, the existing asphalt pavement is aging year by year, and the road surface is frequently overhauled. At the same time, highway maintenance has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution. The recycling technology of waste pavement asphalt has been widely recognized and praised in the aspects of saving energy, protecting the natural environment and improving the scientific and technological level of the industry, and has become the focus of pavement material research in the future. Among the many energy saving and environmental protection materials, the foam asphalt recycling technology has the characteristic of consuming large amount of waste asphalt mixture, so it has been widely used. Since its implementation for many years, there have been many successful examples, but there are also many lessons. Many problems need to be solved. Based on the actual highway overhaul project in Beijing, this paper selects the asphalt pavement overhaul method and the asphalt material regeneration method based on the field investigation and technical specifications. According to the strength forming characteristics of foamed asphalt mixture, on the one hand, Marshall design method is used to design the mixture mix ratio, and at the same time, according to the strength characteristics of semi-rigid base slab, the relevant strength verification is carried out. Based on the investigation and analysis of traffic volume, the structural design of foamed asphalt pavement is predicted. In the course of construction, the process flow is strictly controlled according to the requirements of the construction code to ensure that the road performance can be correctly evaluated after the completion of the inspection. The rationality and advanced nature of the application of foamed asphalt mixture were evaluated through the follow-up and investigation of the later period and the analysis of economic and social benefits.
