高RAP掺量温拌再生沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:随着沥青混合料回收利用需求的加大,在厂拌热再生技术的基础上,沥青混合料温拌再生技术被广泛关注。温拌再生沥青混合料是一种新的“资源节约型”、“绿色环保型”沥青混合料,它结合了沥青温拌技术和混合料热再生技术两者的优点,能源消耗量和生产摊铺过程中废气排放量相对于厂热拌下降很多,而且具有较好的路用性能,应用前景十分广阔。由于温拌再生技术在国内外的应用研究还处于初步阶段,热拌再生中旧沥青混合料(RAP)的再生利用率一直难以提高,温拌再生技术能降低混合料成型时的拌制温度,进而提高RAP的掺量,本文针对RAP掺量的问题进行了相关研究。首先对试验的原材料进行了基本性能的试验,通过比较选择了温拌性能较好的Evotherm 3G温拌剂,并进行了Evotherm 3G温拌剂对新老沥青性能的影响测试。对RAP进行性能试验,通过抽提筛分,对旧沥青进行性能分析,确定了旧沥青的老化程度,其次选择40%、50%和60%三个不同的RAP掺量进行了温拌再生沥青混合料的目标配合比设计,确定了三种不同RAP掺量下再生混合料的最佳油石比,最后进行了不同RAP掺量下温拌再生沥青混合料的路用性能试验,通过试验发现,在AC-16C级配条件以及使用Evotherm 3G温拌剂时,在不高于60%RAP掺量下再生混合料的高温性能和低温性能随着RAP掺量的增加而增加,水稳定性能随着RAP掺量的增加而减小,但都能满足规范规定的最低路用性能标准。通过本研究实现了满足我国沥青路面路用性能标准的高达60%RAP掺量下的温拌再生沥青混合料的制备,为进一步提高RAP再生利用率打下基础,为温拌再生技术规范的编制提供了依据,在实际工程中,对现有的再生沥青混合料设计有一定的指导性建议,使得高比例旧料再生技术能与实际工程相结合进行高等级路面的建设与维护成为可能。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for asphalt mixture recycling, the hot mix recycling technology of asphalt mixture has been paid more and more attention on the basis of hot mix recycling technology. Warm mix and recycled asphalt mixture is a new kind of "resource saving", "green environmental protection" asphalt mixture, which combines the advantages of warm mix asphalt technology and hot recycling technology of mixture. The energy consumption and the exhaust gas emissions in the process of production and spreading are much lower than that in the hot mixing plant, and have good road performance, and the application prospect is very broad. Since the application of warm mix recycling technology in domestic and foreign research is still in the initial stage, it is difficult to improve the recycling efficiency of hot mix and old asphalt mixture rap, and warm mix regeneration technology can reduce the mixing temperature of the mixture when it is formed. In order to improve the content of RAP, this paper studies the problem of RAP content. At first, the basic properties of the raw materials were tested, and the Evotherm 3G warm mix agent with better warm mixing performance was selected, and the effect of Evotherm 3G warm mix agent on the performance of new and old asphalt was tested. The performance test of RAP was carried out, and the performance of old asphalt was analyzed by extracting and sifting. The aging degree of old asphalt was determined. Then, three different RAP contents of 40% and 60% were selected to design the target mix ratio of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture. The optimum ratio of oil to stone was determined for three kinds of recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP content. Finally, the road performance test of warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP content was carried out. It was found that under the condition of AC-16C gradation and the use of Evotherm 3G warm mix agent, the road performance test of recycled asphalt mixture under different RAP content was carried out. The high temperature and low temperature properties of recycled mixture increase with the increase of RAP content, while the water stability decreases with the increase of RAP content, but all of them can meet the minimum road performance standard stipulated in the code. Through this study, the preparation of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture with high 60%RAP content, which meets the performance standard of asphalt pavement in China, is realized, which lays a foundation for further improving the recycling efficiency of RAP. It provides the basis for the compilation of the technical specification for warm mixing and recycling. In the actual engineering, it has some guiding suggestions for the design of the existing recycled asphalt mixture. It is possible to combine the high proportion old material recycling technology with the actual engineering for the construction and maintenance of high grade pavement.
