主轴承连接双头螺柱断裂原因研究

【摘要】:全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)是大型、高效的隧道施工装备,是机、电、液、光、气等系统集成的工厂化流水线。它具有高效、环保、经济、安全等优点,适用于复杂地质结构中大埋深、长隧道的施工,在各类隧道施工中得到广泛应用。TBM刀盘受到较大扭矩、轴向力、径向力和倾覆力矩等复杂载荷的综合作用,刀盘转接座与主轴承通过双头螺柱实现连接。现有某一型号TBM,双头螺柱在施工中多次发生断裂现象,严重影响了施工进度,存在严重的安全隐患,也造成一定的经济损失。本文就这一问题展开研究,探求解决问题的方法。研究从分析双头螺柱的实际载荷入手,判断连接面的接触状态,得到极端载荷作用下连接面会发生滑移的结论。建立了双头螺柱连接副的有限元分析模型,分析在给定预紧力和横向偏移条件下双头螺柱的受力状态。分析结果表明,当横向偏移达到5.87mm时,双头螺柱第一扣的两侧受力不均,加剧了螺纹根部处的应力集中,局部最大应力值超过材料的强度极限,进而诱发裂纹,最终导致螺栓的脆性断裂。根据分析结果,提出了保证连接面接触状态的表面处理方法,改进了现有的安装工艺,从而避免双头螺柱的断裂,保证连接的可靠性。本文的研究内容和分析方法,对双头螺柱的设计校核和故障诊断具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:TBMM is a large and efficient tunnel construction equipment. It is an integrated industrial assembly line of machine, electricity, liquid, light, gas and so on. It has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, economy, safety and so on. It is suitable for the construction of large buried and long tunnels in complex geological structures. It is widely used in all kinds of tunnel construction. TBM cutter is subjected to greater torque and axial force. Because of the complex loads such as radial force and overturning moment, the turning seat of the cutter head and the main bearing are connected by double studs. At present, a certain type of TBM, double head stud breaks many times in construction, which seriously affects the progress of construction, has serious hidden trouble of safety, and also causes certain economic losses. This paper studies this problem and explores the methods to solve it. Based on the analysis of the actual load of the double-ended stud, the contact state of the connection surface is judged, and the conclusion that the connection surface will slip under extreme load is obtained. The finite element analysis model of double end stud joint is established, and the stress state of double head stud is analyzed under the condition of pretightening force and lateral deviation. The results show that when the lateral deviation reaches 5.87mm, the stress on both sides of the first buckle of the double head stud is uneven, which intensifies the stress concentration at the root of the thread, and the local maximum stress value exceeds the strength limit of the material and then induces the crack. Finally, it leads to the brittle fracture of bolts. Based on the analysis results, a surface treatment method is proposed to ensure the contact state of the connection surface, and the existing installation process is improved to avoid the fracture of the double head stud and to ensure the reliability of the connection. The research content and analysis method of this paper have certain guiding significance to design, check and fault diagnosis of double head stud.
