城市公共停车场选址优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的快速增长,交通需求急剧增加,很多城市尤其是大中城市都出现了交通拥挤和交通阻塞问题,乘车难、停车难的矛盾日渐突出。公共停车场对城市的交通具有很大影响,对其规划问题进行深入研究已经成为刻不容缓的事情,而停车场规划的关键是选址。因此,本文在前人研究的基础上提出了一个结合GIS技术与遗传算法的公共停车场选址方法,具体内容包括:(1)分析了国内外停车场选址问题的发展现状,并提出了当前在停车场选址中存在的问题,为本文的研究奠定了基础。(2)阐述了城市公共停车场选址和GIS的相关理论基础,包括:城市公共停车场选址的原则、规律、常用方法和影响因素;影响城市停车需求的因素以及常用停车需求预测方法;GIS应用于选址的优势、应用方式以及利用GIS解决选址问题的操作步骤。(3)介绍了将GIS技术与遗传算法结合起来对公共停车场进行选址的一般步骤,首先确定选址目标及影响因素,然后利用GIS的空间分析技术,定量分析可以在电子图上表现出来的影响停车场选址的因素,得到若干停车生成点,最后运用遗传算法求出停车场的选址位置。(4)以兰州市安宁区公共停车场选址为例,在对兰州市安宁区停车现状进行深入调查后,分析了兰州市安宁区的停车特点,综合比较了各种停车需求预测方法,对兰州市安宁区未来的停车需求进行了合理的预测,并结合GIS技术对预测出的安宁区公共停车需求量按土地利用性质进行了分配。在停车需求预测的基础上结合GIS和遗传算法对兰州市安宁区进行公共停车场选址,验证了选址方法的可行性及合理性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of our national economy and the rapid increase of traffic demand, many cities, especially large and medium-sized cities, have appeared traffic congestion and traffic congestion problems. Public parking has a great impact on urban traffic. It has become an urgent task to study the planning of public parking, and the key of parking planning is location selection. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, this paper proposes a public parking location method combining GIS technology and genetic algorithm. The specific contents include: 1) analyze the development status of parking lot location problem at home and abroad. And put forward the existing problems in the parking lot location, lay a foundation for the study of this paper. (2) elaborated the urban public car park location and GIS related theoretical basis, including: urban public car park location principles, laws, The common methods and influencing factors, the factors influencing the parking demand of the city and the forecasting method of the common parking demand are the advantages of GIS applied in the location selection. The application mode and the operation steps of using GIS to solve the location problem are introduced. The general steps of combining GIS technology with genetic algorithm to locate the public parking lot are introduced. Firstly, the location target and the influencing factors are determined. Then, by using the spatial analysis technology of GIS, the factors which can be shown on the electronic map to influence the parking lot location are quantitatively analyzed, and some parking generating points are obtained. Finally, using genetic algorithm to find out the location of parking lot.) taking the location of public parking lot in Anning District of Lanzhou as an example, the parking characteristics of Anning District of Lanzhou City are analyzed after an in-depth investigation of the parking situation in Anning District of Lanzhou City. Based on the comprehensive comparison of various parking demand forecasting methods, the future parking demand in Anning District of Lanzhou City is reasonably forecasted, and the predicted public parking demand in Anning District is distributed according to the land use property combined with GIS technology. Based on the prediction of parking demand and GIS and genetic algorithm, the public parking lot location in Anning District of Lanzhou City is selected, and the feasibility and rationality of the method are verified.
