自适应控制法在大跨径PC斜拉桥施工监控中的应用

【摘要】:由于大跨径混凝土斜拉桥跨度大,施工周期长,建筑高度高,施工技术难度大,通常跨越江、河、湖泊等复杂的地形、地貌,传统的支架搭设施工已不适应此类桥梁的正常施工。为了不影响施工工期和当地的环境,通常采取前支点挂篮施工。随着桥梁结构型式、施工特点及具体控制内容的不同,其施工方法也各不相同。总的来讲,桥梁施工监控可分为开环控制法、闭环控制法、自适应控制法、最大宽容度法等。以广东省韶关市乌石北江特大桥为工程背景,阐述自适应控制法在大跨度预应力混凝土斜拉桥前支点挂篮悬臂施工监控中的应用,通过实际控制及最终结论结合具体应用方法为同类型桥梁的分析与控制提供借鉴。研究结果表明,本桥获得了理想的几何线形及合理的内力状态,主梁的线形、索力及应力状态都满足设计及规范要求。自适应施工控制方法能较好地指导本桥的施工监控工作,因而是一种行之有效的监控方法,可在类似桥梁施工监控中推广使用。
[Abstract]:Due to the long span, long construction period, high building height and difficult construction technology, long-span concrete cable-stayed bridges usually span rivers, rivers, lakes and other complicated topography and landforms. The traditional support erection construction is not suitable for the normal construction of this kind of bridge. In order not to affect the construction period and local environment, usually use the front fulcrum hanging basket construction. With the difference of bridge structure type, construction characteristic and concrete control content, its construction method is different. In general, bridge construction monitoring can be divided into open-loop control method, closed-loop control method, adaptive control method, maximum tolerance method and so on. Based on the engineering background of Wushi Beijiang Bridge in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, the application of adaptive control method in the construction monitoring of cantilever cantilever in front of long-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge is described. Through the practical control and the final conclusion combined with the specific application of the method to provide reference for the analysis and control of the same type of bridge. The results show that the ideal geometric shape and reasonable internal force state of the bridge are obtained, and the linear, cable force and stress state of the main beam meet the requirements of the design and code. The adaptive construction control method can guide the construction monitoring work of the bridge, so it is an effective monitoring method and can be widely used in the similar bridge construction monitoring.
