集装箱船舶配载智能决策研究

【摘要】:在现代运输中,海上运输已经成为不可或缺的重要组成部分,而集装箱运输是海上运输最为重要的一种方式。尤其是随着全球经济一体化的加速推进,各国间的贸易日益频繁,对集装箱运输的依靠程度势必会越来越高。 集装箱的配载是关系着作业效率、营运成本和运输安全的重要环节。一份优质的配载计划,不仅能保证船舶在整个运输过程中,安全稳定的航行,还能提升集装箱的装卸效率。研究配载的优化问题,对集装箱船舶运输和集装箱码头的现代化管理都有广泛的工程背景和应用价值。 鉴于此,本文中对停靠多港口的集装箱班轮运输的配载问题展开讨论。首先,针对船舶主贝计划建立以混装次数最小为目标的数学模型,设计了粒子群算法对船舶主贝计划进行优化,并从中找出混装最为严重的贝位,进行下一步研究。其次,,针对混装贝进行贝内配载研究,在满足船舶横倾力矩约束的条件下,建立以倒箱量最小为目标的数学模型,设计遗传算法对其求解,并且用算例验证了算法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In modern transportation, maritime transport has become an indispensable part, and container transport is the most important way of maritime transport. Especially with the acceleration of global economic integration, trade between countries is becoming more and more frequent, and the degree of dependence on container transportation is bound to become higher and higher. Container stowage is an important link of operation efficiency, operation cost and transportation safety. A high quality stowage plan can not only ensure the safe and stable navigation of the ship during the whole transportation process, but also improve the efficiency of container handling. Studying the optimization of stowage has extensive engineering background and application value for container shipping and modern management of container terminal. In view of this, this paper discusses the stowage of container liner transportation with multiple ports. Firstly, aiming at the establishment of the mathematical model of the ship master shell plan with the minimum number of mixed loads as the goal, a particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to optimize the ship master shell plan, and find out the most serious shellfish position for the next step. Secondly, under the condition of satisfying the constraints of the heeling moment of the ship, the mathematical model aiming at the minimum volume of the inverted tank is established, and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by an example.
