目标控制在甬台温高速公路复线建设项目中的应用研究

【摘要】：建设单位在项目管理过程中的重点任务是实现项目的投资目标、质量目标和进度目标。该文以DBB模式下甬台温高速公路复线建设项目为例,研究了建设单位实现3大控制目标的具体措施及控制措施在该项目中的应用情况,同时研究了信息化管理技术在项目中的应用。在传统建设模式下,采取适当措施虽然也能达到目标控制的目的,但是建设单位的管理任务较重,建议改变建设模式和提高信息化管理水平,降低建设单位的风险,实现对项目的高效控制。
[Abstract]:The key task of the construction unit in the project management process is to achieve the investment target, quality target and progress goal of the project. Taking the construction project of Yongtaiwen Expressway under the DBB mode as an example, this paper studies the concrete measures and the application of the control measures in the construction unit to realize the three control objectives. At the same time, the application of information management technology in the project is studied.
