岩石强度回弹法测定的研究

【摘要】:采用回弹仪评估混凝土桥梁的材质强度是一项常见的检测方法,主要特点是测试简便、快速、无损害;而对于圬工桥梁的材质强度的检测至今仍然没有广泛认可的方法,为推广岩石回弹指标法在圬工拱桥材质强度检测评定等领域的应用,本文展开了一系列的研究和试验。一方面,设计不同曲率弹击杆端面的回弹仪进行回弹测试,分析其回弹数据离差;另一方面,拟定不同的测试程序来进行野外回弹测试,拟合出相关性最好的回弹值与岩石强度关系曲线;并应用此类测试方法开展了具体工程实例的应用来评估其承载力。具体工作如下:(1)为消减岩石表面不平整因素影响回弹值的稳定性,本文对回弹仪弹击杆端面曲率进行了改装设计,分析不同曲率条件下回弹值的稳定性。(2)野外选取了18块岩石,参考测试机构提供的回弹测试方法,拟定了六种回弹测试程序来进行回弹测试,得到单块岩石在各类测试程序下回弹值。(3)对试验岩石试块进行抛光处理再进行回弹测试,得到18块岩石试块抛光面的回弹值。对比各类测试程序下回弹值与抛光面回弹值,选择与抛光面最接近的测试程序。(4)对试验岩石试块切割制成岩石试件,得到单块岩石的单轴抗压强度,利用Matlab进行分析,建立各类测试程序下回弹值和岩石单轴抗压强度的函数关系,确定哪类测试程序与单轴抗压强度函数关系拟合相关性更好。(5)利用最优程序进行圬工桥梁的材质强度检测,根据相关函数确定岩石单轴抗压强度,进而评定圬工桥梁的承载力。
[Abstract]:It is a common testing method to evaluate the material strength of concrete bridge by means of resilience instrument, which is characterized by simple, fast and no damage. However, there is still no widely accepted method for testing the material strength of masonry bridges up to now. In order to extend the application of rock resilience index method in the field of strength testing and evaluation of masonry arch bridges, a series of studies and tests have been carried out in this paper. On the one hand, the springback instrument with different curvature is designed for springback test, and the deviation of springback data is analyzed. On the other hand, different test procedures are drawn up for field springback test. The curve of the best correlation between the rebound value and the strength of rock is fitted, and the application of this kind of test method to evaluate the bearing capacity of concrete engineering examples is carried out. The specific work is as follows: (1) in order to reduce the influence of rock surface unevenness on the stability of the rebound value, this paper has modified the design of the end surface curvature of the projectile rod of the resilience instrument, and analyzed the stability of the springback value under different curvature conditions. (2) 18 rocks were selected in the field. Referring to the springback test method provided by the testing organization, six kinds of springback test programs are developed to carry out the springback test, and the springback value of a single rock under various test procedures is obtained. The springback of the polishing surface of 18 rock samples was obtained. Comparing the springback value with the springback value of the polishing surface under various test procedures, selecting the test program. 4) cutting the test rock sample to make the rock specimen, the uniaxial compressive strength of the single rock is obtained, and the analysis is carried out by using Matlab. To establish the functional relationship between springback value and uniaxial compressive strength of rock under all kinds of test programs, and determine which kind of test program has better correlation with uniaxial compressive strength function. 5) using the optimal program to detect the material strength of masonry bridges. According to the correlation function, the uniaxial compressive strength of rock is determined and the bearing capacity of masonry bridge is evaluated.
