连续梁桥顶升技术的若干问题分析

【摘要】:桥梁顶升技术作为一种新型的技术措施己被应用于实际的桥梁工程中,在处理由于通航等级提高、路线改造等引起的桥下净空不足,桥梁沉降及桥梁支座老化等问题有着不可比拟的优势。因此,桥梁顶升技术己备受人们重视。本文在对顶升技术进行全面的整理、总结的基础上,对某段公路立交桥顶升的关键技术进行了以下研究:首先,通过应用迈达斯软件建立桥梁模型,根据不同的工况对箱梁顶升时梁的应力和反力进行分析;其次,对混凝土的局部承压进行验算,并对梁的强度进行计算,以确保在施工过程中梁的安全性能;再次,对不同步顶升进行了一定的分析,以此来保证在顶升过程中梁的稳定性能。同时还对同步顶升进行了检测,得出在顶升时桥梁内力变化、裂缝的变化情况,论证了在顶升过程中同步的重要性。通过对顶升技术的分析,得出了以下结论:连续箱梁在顶升的过程中一定要同步进行,不同步顶升和部分顶升会使梁体产生一定的裂缝,对梁造成一定的影响,影响桥的使用寿命和安全性;在力学分析的过程中,对顶升点处的局部混凝土承载力进行了验算,并对顶升过程中梁的力学性能做了一定的分析,以此来确保在同步顶升过程中梁的稳定性。
[Abstract]:As a new technical measure, bridge lifting technology has been applied in practical bridge engineering. The problems of bridge settlement and bridge bearing aging have incomparable advantages. Therefore, bridge lifting technology has been paid attention to. On the basis of the comprehensive arrangement and summary of the lifting technology, this paper makes the following research on the key technology of a certain section of highway overpass: firstly, the bridge model is established by using the software of Midas. According to different working conditions, the stress and reaction force of the beam are analyzed. Secondly, the local bearing pressure of concrete is checked and the strength of the beam is calculated to ensure the safety performance of the beam in the construction process. In order to ensure the stability of the beam in the process of uplift, an analysis is made on the non-synchronous uplift. At the same time, the synchronous uplift is detected, and the change of internal force and crack in the bridge is obtained, and the importance of synchronization in the process of jacking is demonstrated. Through the analysis of lifting technology, the following conclusions are drawn: continuous box girder must be carried out synchronously in the process of jacking, and the non-synchronous lifting and partial lifting will cause certain cracks in the beam body, which will have a certain impact on the beam. In the process of mechanical analysis, the local concrete bearing capacity at the uplift point is checked and calculated, and the mechanical properties of the beam during the uplift process are analyzed.
