沥青路面半刚性基层异步连续摊铺技术的研究

【摘要】:传统的半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面施工方法存在一定的弊端,主要问题之一就是施工车辆容易造成半刚性基层的早期破坏。基于尽量减少沥青路面的早期破坏的思路,本文着重研究了半刚性基层异步连续摊铺技术。路面底基层与基层,基层与面层的连续施工是这种技术的一大特点,也就是上层的施工是在下层的有效碾压时间内完成,通过同时异步连续摊铺和碾压完成上下基层的施工过程。在研究过程中,以理论为指导。广泛查阅了有关半刚性基层沥青路面的学术文献,了解、掌握了一些最新研究理论,并对有关资料进行分析和汇总。同时,结合大量的室内试验数据,采用力学分析软件,对不同沥青路面结构层不同条件下的指标进行分析,研究了异步连续摊铺技术的可行性。在沧州黄骅市307国道大修养护工程中采用异步连续摊铺技术铺筑了试验路段,并在底基层底预埋了用于监测路面基层层底拉应力的传感器,通过对实际检测得到的数据和理论分析计算得到的数据的对比发现,应用软件分析计得到的算的结果准确性较高,研究成果能够应用于实际的施工。
[Abstract]:The traditional construction method of semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement has some drawbacks, one of the main problems is that the construction vehicle is easy to cause the early destruction of semi-rigid base. Based on the idea of minimizing the early damage of asphalt pavement, this paper focuses on the asynchronous and continuous paving technology of semi-rigid base. One of the major features of this technology is the continuous construction of the base and the base, the base and the surface of the pavement. That is, the construction of the upper layer is completed within the effective rolling time of the lower layer. The construction process of upper and lower base is completed by simultaneous asynchronous continuous spreading and rolling. In the process of research, guided by theory. The academic literature about semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is consulted extensively, some latest research theories are grasped, and relevant data are analyzed and summarized. At the same time, combined with a large number of indoor test data and mechanical analysis software, the indexes of different asphalt pavement structure layer under different conditions are analyzed, and the feasibility of asynchronous continuous paving technology is studied. In the maintenance project of National Highway 307 in Cangzhou Huanghua City, the test section was paved with asynchronous continuous spreading technology, and the sensor used to monitor the tensile stress of the base layer of the pavement was embedded in the bottom of the base course. Through the comparison of the data obtained from the actual test and the data obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation, it is found that the accuracy of the calculation obtained by using the software analysis meter is high, and the research results can be applied to the actual construction.
