内支线集装箱班轮运输航线配船问题研究

【摘要】:随着航运业逐步走出经济危机的阴影,海上贸易额尤其是集装箱业务增长显著,加之各大型班轮公司订制的多艘一万八千箱干线集装箱运输船舶即将投航,种种迹象均预示着干线集装箱班轮运输业良好的发展前景。规模效益对于各大型船公司的驱使,以及船舶建造以及集装箱运输技术的快速进步,使得集装箱运输船舶大型化时代已经到来。但问题也随之而来,大型集装箱运输船舶对港口靠泊、装卸条件要求极高,导致多数船舶只能挂靠干线的枢纽港。此外大型化船舶的盈利是建立在充足货量的基础上,而支线运输可以有效改变枢纽港货源腹地的限制,为干线运输提供货量上的保障。支线运输中的中小型集装箱船舶在便捷性、灵活性与运输成本上的优势使其可以在这种轴辅式运输模式中为枢纽港与喂给港之间货物的集散发挥作用。相比于干线运输的发展水平,支线运输的发展还处于起步阶段,面临着货源不稳定、经营环境复杂等诸多实际问题,使得船公司在船舶管理上遇到多种难题。如何合理的规划航线,对船舶进行科学配置使船公司提升服务水平、降低营运成本,是航运企业亟待解决的难题。本文对内支线集装箱班轮运输的现状及运输组织进行了调研阐述。进而对支线运输的特点、经济效益以及存在的主要矛盾进行剖析。然后建立了在满足特定服务水平下成本最优的内支线集装箱船舶运输航线设计与船舶配置实时动态的整数规划模型。在用商业软件求解出航线设计方案以及船型的基础上,运用仿真基于所解船型进行服务水平的验证。最后通过环渤海各港口为实例求解,验证模型的合理性与可行性。通过对实例结果的分析,本文的模型可以在满足指定服务率的条件下以成本最低为原则规划出最为合理的支线班轮线路,并在备选船舶中确定出各航线船舶的型号与数量。通过仿真技术对上述结论进行对比验证。证明该方案是满足服务率指标的。
[Abstract]:With the shipping industry gradually emerging from the shadow of the economic crisis, the volume of trade at sea, especially the container business, has increased significantly. In addition, many 18000 carton container shipping vessels ordered by various large liner companies are about to be launched. All kinds of signs foreshadow a good development prospect of trunk container liner transportation. Driven by economies of scale to large shipping companies, and the rapid progress of ship construction and container transportation technology, the era of container shipping has come to a large scale. However, the problem also follows, large container shipping ships berth to the port, loading and unloading conditions are very high, leading to the majority of ships can only be linked to the main line of the hub port. In addition, the profit of large ships is based on the sufficient quantity, and the branch line transportation can effectively change the hinterland limit of the hub port, and provide the quantity protection for the trunk line transportation. The advantages of convenience, flexibility and transportation cost of small and medium-sized container ships in branch line transportation enable them to play a role in the distribution of cargo between hub port and feed port in this mode of axle-auxiliary transport. Compared with the development level of trunk line transportation, the development of branch line transportation is still in its infancy, and it is faced with many practical problems, such as unstable supply of goods, complex operating environment, etc., which makes shipping companies encounter many difficulties in ship management. It is an urgent problem for shipping companies to plan their shipping routes rationally, to make the shipping companies upgrade their service level and reduce their operating costs. In this paper, the current situation and transport organization of container liner shipping on the inner branch line are investigated and expounded. Then the characteristics, economic benefits and main contradictions of branch line transportation are analyzed. Then, an integer programming model of real-time dynamic shipping route design and ship configuration for inner branch container shipping is established, which meets the optimal cost under a specific service level. On the basis of solving the route design scheme and ship type by commercial software, the service level is verified by simulation. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the model are verified by the example of the ports around the Bohai Sea. Through the analysis of the example results, the model in this paper can plan the most reasonable branch liner line with the lowest cost under the condition of satisfying the specified service rate, and determine the type and quantity of each route ship in the alternative ship. The above conclusions are compared and verified by simulation technology. It is proved that the scheme meets the service rate index.
