高速公路沥青路面常见病害处治研究

【摘要】:随着我国高速公路通车里程的不断增长,高速公路已成为经济发展的重要基础设施。高速公路建成通车后,由于行车荷载、自然环境等因素的共同作用,沥青路面出现不同程度、不同类型的早期破坏现象。总体而言,高速公路沥青路面病害的主要类型有裂缝、坑槽、车辙、松散、网裂、龟裂。随着时间的推移,这些病害日趋严重,若不及时进行修复,将直接影响路面的使用性能,养护工作已刻不容缓。鉴于该问题,本文提出上述高速公路沥青路面病害处治的标准化方法,以便指导沥青路面养护作业。本文在归纳、总结高速路面病害类型的基础上,分析各种路面病害产生的原因;调研和收集国内外路面养护的新技术;对比目前路面病害处治的一般方法,对高速公路典型病害的养护技术进行分析,综合分析各种技术的优缺点,推荐出高速公路沥青路面常见病害:裂缝、坑槽、车辙的养护技术,并对不同的养护技术进行综合分析,提出规范化处治方案。通过对高速公路沥青路面病害养护技术的研究,使养护技术达到科学化、规范化,以便延长路面的使用期限,促使路面服务质量水平的不断提高,减少养护费用。
[Abstract]:With the increase of highway mileage, expressway has become an important infrastructure for economic development. After the expressway was completed and opened to traffic, due to the common action of driving load, natural environment and other factors, asphalt pavement appeared different degree and different types of early damage phenomenon. Generally speaking, the main types of highway asphalt pavement diseases are cracks, potholes, ruts, loose, net cracks and cracks. With the passage of time, these diseases are becoming more and more serious, if not repaired in time, will directly affect the performance of the pavement, maintenance work has been urgent. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward a standardized method for the treatment of asphalt pavement diseases mentioned above in order to guide the maintenance of asphalt pavement. On the basis of summing up the types of high speed pavement diseases, this paper analyzes the causes of various kinds of pavement diseases, investigates and collects the new technologies of pavement maintenance at home and abroad, and compares the general methods of treating pavement diseases at present. This paper analyzes the maintenance technology of typical diseases of expressway, synthetically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies, and recommends the maintenance techniques of common diseases of highway asphalt pavement: cracks, potholes, ruts, etc. Comprehensive analysis of different maintenance techniques is carried out, and a standardized treatment scheme is put forward. Through the research on the maintenance technology of asphalt pavement disease of expressway, the maintenance technology can be scientific and standardized, so as to prolong the service period of pavement, promote the continuous improvement of pavement service quality and reduce the maintenance cost.
