适用于SBS改性沥青针入度的测试方法研究

【摘要】:为了寻找一种合理的评价SBS改性沥青性能的针入度测试方法,在3种针重、4种温度条件下,对不同改性剂掺量和结构类型的SBS改性沥青进行针入度试验,同时,采用车辙试验对SBS改性沥青混合料的高温性能进行分析。试验结果表明:标准针入度测试方法下测定的针入度难以反映不同改性沥青的稠度差异及高温性能差异。在对试验条件修正为"试验温度30℃,针重150 g,贯入时间5 s",即修正针入度法后,所测得的针入度能较好地评价SBS改性沥青的感温性能,且SBS改性沥青针入度大小与混合料高温性能有良好的相关性。
[Abstract]:In order to find a reasonable penetration test method for evaluating the performance of SBS modified asphalt, the penetration test of SBS modified asphalt with different modifier content and structure was carried out under three kinds of needle-weight and four temperature conditions. The high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture was analyzed by rutting test. The test results show that the penetration measured by the standard penetration test method can not reflect the consistency difference and the high temperature performance difference of different modified asphalt.
