聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石力学性能研究

【摘要】:为了研究聚酯纤维对水泥稳定碎石力学性能的影响,对聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石和普通水泥稳定碎石的劈裂抗拉强度、无侧限抗压强度和抗压回弹模量进行了大量试验,得到了聚酯纤维最佳掺量。同时,根据试验结果的回归分析,得出了聚酯纤维掺量与水泥稳定碎石各力学性能指标的关系式。试验结果表明:聚酯纤维掺量小于0.7‰时,随着纤维掺量的增加,水泥稳定碎石各种强度有增加的趋势,而其抗压回弹模量逐渐降低。同时,通过Ansys有限元分析,对使用状态的水泥稳定碎石基层在车辆荷载作用下的应力分布进行模拟计算,研究了不同纤维掺量及不同龄期的基层应力分布情况。数值计算结果表明:聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石基层具有良好的承载能力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of polyester fiber on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam, the splitting tensile strength, unconfined compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of polyester fiber cement stabilized macadam and ordinary cement stabilized macadam were tested.
