集装箱码头多船岸桥协同调度方法研究

【摘要】:本文针对集装箱码头岸桥对靠港船舶的集装箱装卸问题,在同步装卸技术思想的基础上,结合实际集装箱码头多船岸桥调度方法,提出了集装箱码头基于同步装卸的多船岸桥协同调度方法。以最小化所有船舶的最大延迟时间为优化目标建立数学模型,并运用单亲遗传算法对模型进行求解,通过计算机进行数值模拟,求得船舶上集装箱装卸任务的最优装卸序列和各船舶的离港时间。通过与传统岸桥装卸模式的对比,验证了基于同步装卸的多船岸桥协同调度方法对于提高集装箱码头岸桥装卸效率,减少资源浪费有着积极的意义。论文主要研究内容如下:首先,介绍研究背景和意义,以及集装箱码头布局、集装箱装卸设备、集装箱码头生产流程和码头装卸相关术语,为后续设计提出的各装卸方法奠定基础。其次,提出了单船岸桥调度方法,以船舶装卸时间最小为目标建立模型并用设计单亲遗传算法求解;之后提出基于同步装卸的单船岸桥调度方法,建立数学模型并求解,与传统单船岸桥调度方法进行比较分析,验证方法的可行性与有效性。再次,针对多船装卸的岸桥调度问题,分别提出了多船静态岸桥协同作业调度方法和多船动态到港岸桥协同作业调度方法,建立数学模型,并设计单亲遗传算法进行求解,求得全岸线船舶集装箱装卸任务的装卸顺序,通过与传统多船岸桥调度方法进行比较,证明了方法的可行性与有效性。最后,将本文提出的多船岸桥协同调度方法应用于宁波港北仑第二集装箱码头有限公司,通过实际数据计算,本文提出的多船岸桥协同调度方法以及同步装卸方法对提高码头装卸效率方面有着积极的意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aiming at the container loading and unloading problem of container terminal shore bridge to port ship, on the basis of synchronous loading and unloading technology thought, combined with actual container terminal multi-ship shore bridge dispatching method, A coordinated scheduling method for multi-ship quayside bridges based on synchronous loading and unloading for container terminals is proposed. Aiming at minimizing the maximum delay time of all ships, the mathematical model is established, and the model is solved by using a single parent genetic algorithm, and the numerical simulation is carried out by computer. The optimal loading and unloading sequence and the departure time of each ship are obtained. By comparing with the traditional loading and unloading mode of shore bridge, it is proved that the cooperative dispatching method of multi-ship shore bridge based on synchronous loading and unloading is of positive significance for improving the loading and unloading efficiency of container terminal bank bridge and reducing the waste of resources. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced, as well as the layout of container terminals, container handling equipment, production process of container terminals and the terms related to terminal handling. It lays the foundation for each loading and unloading method put forward in the following design. Secondly, a single ship shore bridge scheduling method is proposed, which takes the minimum loading and unloading time as the target and is solved by the design of single parent genetic algorithm, and then a single ship shore bridge scheduling method based on synchronous loading and unloading is proposed, and the mathematical model is established and solved. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by comparing with the traditional single ship shore bridge dispatching method. Thirdly, aiming at the scheduling problem of multi-ship loading and unloading, this paper proposes a multi-ship static shore bridge cooperative scheduling method and a multi-ship dynamic arrival shore bridge cooperative operation scheduling method, establishes a mathematical model, and designs a single-parent genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The loading and unloading sequence of container loading and unloading task on the whole shore line is obtained. The feasibility and validity of the method are proved by comparing it with the traditional multi-ship shore bridge dispatching method. Finally, the multi-ship shore bridge cooperative scheduling method proposed in this paper is applied to Ningbo Port Beilun No. 2 Container Terminal Co., Ltd. The cooperative dispatching method and synchronous loading and unloading method proposed in this paper have positive significance in improving the efficiency of loading and unloading of wharf.
