内蒙古严寒地区水泥混凝土路面抗冻性能试验研究

【摘要】:内蒙古作为资源输出大省,水泥混凝土道路在此有着重要意义。但内蒙古地区环境气候恶劣,冬季漫长寒冷,水泥混凝土路面面临严重的冻害侵袭。为减少路面冰冻病害、提高混凝土耐久性、延长道路使用寿命、节约路面养护维修资金,水泥混凝土路面抗冻性能研究具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。以白音华至霍林郭勒一级公路作为工程依托,首先进行了环境气候条件调查,建立了公路气象站,对太阳辐射、环境温度、湿度、风速、风向、降雨量、蒸发量、路面内部温度进行了长期观测,铺筑了气象观测试验路,分析了影响水泥路面混凝土路面材料抗冻融性能的关键因素。通过对水泥混凝土路面冻融破坏特征分析,剖析了其产生冻融破坏作用机理。通过室内模拟试验,分析了混凝土材料组成、强度等级、环境条件等对混凝土路面冻融破坏的影响,发现了冻融作用下混凝土路面性能衰减规律。最后提出了优化材料组成设计、添加引气剂、加强施工控制等预防水泥混凝土抗冻性的技术措施。研究结果表明混凝土材料组成对抗冻性能影响比较明显,合适的水泥品种可以提高混凝土的抗冻性;吸水率低、力学性能好的集料有助于提高混凝土的抗冻性;CNF-3引气缓凝高效减水剂,有效改善硬化混凝土的气孔结构和分布,从而使抗冻融性能得到了大幅的提高,增强混凝土的耐久性能。集料配合比和施工质量可显著影响水泥混凝土的抗冻耐久性。因此,为提高水泥混凝土抗冻性能需要严格控制混凝土材料组成、水灰比、含气量、饱水状态等因素。
[Abstract]:As a large province of resource output in Inner Mongolia, cement concrete roads are of great significance here. However, the environmental climate in Inner Mongolia is bad, the winter is long and cold, the cement concrete pavement is faced with severe frost damage. In order to reduce the freezing disease of the pavement, improve the durability of concrete, prolong the service life of the road, save the funds for the maintenance and maintenance of the pavement. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the frost resistance performance of the muddy concrete pavement. Based on the project of Bai Yin Hua to the first grade highroad of the hall, the environment and climate conditions are investigated and a highway weather station is set up. The solar radiation, ambient temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, evaporation, and internal temperature of the pavement are carried out. In the long term observation, the meteorological observation test road was paved, and the key factors affecting the frost resistance and thawing properties of concrete pavement materials were analyzed. The freezing thawing damage mechanism of cement concrete pavement was analyzed, and the composition of concrete material, strength grade and environmental strip were analyzed through indoor simulation test. The effect of parts on the freeze-thaw damage of concrete pavement was found, and the performance attenuation law of concrete pavement under freezing and thawing was found. Finally, the technical measures were put forward to optimize the composition design of the material, add air entraining agent, strengthen the construction control and so on to prevent the frost resistance of cement concrete. The results showed that the effect of the composition of the concrete on the frost resistance was obvious. The suitable cement varieties can improve the frost resistance of concrete; the aggregate with low water absorption and good mechanical properties helps to improve the frost resistance of concrete; CNF-3 air entraining retarding high efficiency water reducing agent can effectively improve the pore structure and distribution of hardened concrete, so that the resistance to freezing and thawing can be greatly improved and the durability of concrete is enhanced. The mixture ratio and construction quality can significantly affect the frost resistance and durability of cement concrete. Therefore, in order to improve the frost resistance of cement concrete, the composition of concrete material, water cement ratio, gas content and the state of satiety need to be strictly controlled.
