基于AHP-DEA模型的常规公交线路评价

【摘要】:科学的公交评价指标体系,能够客观反映公交发展中存在的问题,指导公交线网优化改进,提升公交吸引力,从而有效缓解当前城市交通拥堵的状况。相较于常规公交线网整体评价,公交线路评价更能反映单条公交线路在规划、运营和服务方面存在的细部问题,在公交线网优化调整实践中更具指导意义。本文基于对常规公交系统的研究,构建了三级评价指标体系,提出从线路规划合理性、线路运营效果和线路服务水平三个角度进行常规公交线路评价,提出了换乘连通度、线路吸引力系数、公交到站平稳率等评价指标。在线路规划合理性评价方面,提出换乘连通度指标,从线路规划层面分析乘客换乘行为在空间上的便利性;在线路运营效果评价方面,提出线路吸引力系数指标,从线路运营层面分析公交线路对其服务范围内潜在客流的吸引力。公交线路评价应综合考虑线路运营实际情况和评价主体主观意愿,因此本文提出基于AHP的DEA模型进行公交线路评价。超效率DEA模型的交叉效率评价方法相较于传统DEA模型,能够提供更多的有效决策单元信息,并能避免极端值对总体评价结果的干扰。基于该模型,分别构建公交线路在规划、运营、服务方面的单一因素评价模型,应用MaxDEA软件计算线路单一因素评价结果,分析评价结果并提出相应优化方案。采用AHP-DEA模型进行公交线路综合评价,该模型的准则层权重依据专家打分确定,方案层权重根据公交线路单一因素评价结果确定,最后应用yaahp软件计算公交线路综合评价得分。选取山东省寿光市的18条公交线路作为评价实例,验证本文提出的线路评价指标体系和模型方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:A scientific evaluation index system of public transport can objectively reflect the existing problems in the development of public transport, guide the optimization and improvement of bus network, enhance the attractiveness of public transport, and effectively alleviate the current situation of urban traffic congestion. Compared with the general bus network evaluation, the bus line evaluation can better reflect the detailed problems in the planning, operation and service of a single bus line, and is more instructive in the practice of the optimization and adjustment of the bus network. Based on the research of conventional bus system, this paper constructs a three-level evaluation index system, and puts forward the evaluation of conventional public transport line from three aspects: the rationality of route planning, the effect of line operation and the level of line service, and puts forward the connectivity of transfer. Line attractiveness coefficient, bus arrival station stationary rate and other evaluation indicators. In the rational evaluation of line planning, the transfer connectivity index is put forward, the convenience of passenger transfer behavior in space is analyzed from the line planning level, and the line attraction coefficient index is put forward in the evaluation of line operation effect. The attraction of bus line to the potential passenger flow within its service range is analyzed from the line operation level. Bus route evaluation should take into account the actual situation of line operation and subjective will of the evaluation subject, so this paper proposes a DEA model based on AHP for bus route evaluation. Compared with the traditional DEA model, the cross-efficiency evaluation method of super-efficiency DEA model can provide more effective decision unit information and avoid the interference of extreme values to the overall evaluation results. Based on this model, the single factor evaluation model of bus route planning, operation and service is constructed, and the evaluation results of single factor are calculated by using MaxDEA software, and the evaluation results are analyzed and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward. The AHP-DEA model is used to evaluate the bus route. The weight of the criterion layer is determined according to the expert score, the weight of the scheme layer is determined according to the single factor evaluation result of the bus line. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation score of the bus line is calculated by using the yaahp software. 18 bus routes in Shouguang City of Shandong Province are selected as evaluation examples to verify the rationality of the proposed evaluation index system and model method.
