增塑剂对路用沥青性能影响研究

【摘要】:增塑剂能降低被增塑体的玻璃化转变温度Tg,改变被增塑体的柔韧性和拉伸性,降低被增塑体的高温黏度,增加韧性,提高抗冲击能力,在塑料工业中被广泛应用,但其在用于改性道路沥青方面的研究匮乏,属于一种新型的道路沥青改性材料,本论文采用增塑剂对沥青进行改性,以期取得良好的改性效果,满足道路工作的需要。本论文研究中对增塑剂改性沥青做其针入度、感温性、低温延度、低温测力延度、黏韧性、软化点、弹性恢复和TFOT后质量损失、针入度、低温延度、软化点等相关试验。立足于全面了解增塑剂对沥青性能影响,讨论增塑剂这一新型改性剂对沥青改性的可行性和应用性,分析每种增塑剂和在每个掺量下沥青改性后的性能,确定其合适的掺量,掺入天然岩沥青,进行双掺改性,研究双掺改性沥青的性能。对改性沥青混合料做其高温车辙,低温弯曲,浸水马歇尔,冻融劈裂试验和老化前后肯塔堡飞散试验,对混合料高温稳定性,低温抗裂性,水稳定性和耐久性进行分析评价,检验增塑剂改性效果,推荐合适的增塑剂掺量,在增塑剂改性沥青混合料的基础上分别添加天然岩沥青、橡维联和抗车辙剂,对比研究改性沥青混合料的性能。研究结果表明:增塑剂对沥青的感温性能、低温性能、抗老化能力有明显的改善作用,但其对沥青的高温性能有一定的消极影响。双掺改性沥青比单掺改性沥青单一方面性能有所降低,但其互补了单掺改性的优势,兼顾了沥青的感温性能和高低温性能且具有良好的改性效果。增塑剂的改性效果在混合料路用性能中得到了很好的体现,混合料低温抗裂性、水稳定性和耐久性都得到了提升,掺入天然沥青、橡维联或抗车辙剂后高温性也能得到保证,显示了良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Plasticizer can reduce the glass transition temperature of plasticized body Tg, change the flexibility and tensile property of plasticized body, reduce the high temperature viscosity of plasticized body, increase toughness, improve impact resistance, and be widely used in plastic industry. However, the research on modified road asphalt is scarce, so it is a new kind of road asphalt modified material. In this paper, plasticizer is used to modify asphalt in order to obtain good modification effect and meet the needs of road work. In this paper, the penetration, temperature sensitivity, low temperature ductility, low temperature force ductility, viscosity toughness, softening point, elastic recovery, mass loss after TFOT, penetration, low temperature ductility and softening point of plasticizer modified asphalt were studied. Based on the comprehensive understanding of the effect of plasticizer on asphalt performance, the feasibility and application of plasticizer, a new modifier, for asphalt modification are discussed. The properties of each plasticizer and asphalt modified by each amount of plasticizer are analyzed, and the appropriate amount of plasticizer is determined. The properties of bitumen modified by natural rock asphalt were studied. The high temperature rutting, low temperature bending, immersion Marshall, freeze-thaw splitting test and Kentucky Flying test before and after aging are made to analyze and evaluate the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and durability of the modified asphalt mixture. To test the modification effect of plasticizer, to recommend the appropriate amount of plasticizer, to add natural rock asphalt, rubber and anti-rutting agent respectively on the basis of plasticizer modified asphalt mixture, and to compare and study the performance of modified asphalt mixture. The results show that the plasticizer can improve the temperature sensitivity, low temperature performance and aging resistance of asphalt, but it has a negative effect on the high temperature performance of asphalt. The performance of double-doped modified asphalt is lower than that of single-doped modified asphalt, but it complements the advantages of single-admixture modification, and it has good performance of temperature sensing and high and low temperature. The modification effect of plasticizer is well reflected in the pavement performance of the mixture. The low temperature cracking resistance, water stability and durability of the mixture are all improved, and the high temperature properties of the mixture can also be guaranteed after the addition of natural asphalt, rubber or rutting resistant agent. It shows good application prospect.
